The School/College internet censors. Why the hell is "Cracked" considered 'Obscene', and why the hell is the picture of a truck considered 'pornography'?!

Have you seen some of those trucks? out patrolling those street corners looking for a quick thrill, truly they are a menace to small children.

Yeah, that's probably what he meant because psychopathy is an abnormal lack of empathy (anti-social behavior), and some compulsive liars do so to make others happy which shows a little too much empathy.
