Usually you'd copy the Direct Link and put img tags around them but imageshack are arseholes and try to make you register to do that. There are some sites I've been to where it adds some text to it that makes the forum reject it (I.e. Google images in the resized image), if you just delete whatever text is after the .jpg/.gif/.png/.whatever, it'll work.
