That's a lot of time to spend on a game, and it can't be healthy. But I suppose it's a lifestyle one must choose. So, I can't really bash him for it.

I think this is the one in the guiness book of records, so you'd need to show them proof of what you've done, and they don't accept videos for this kind of thing. So this person is the highest who has had their time officially confirmed, by probably having someone come and check in person

One hand I think it is a pretty cool record, but on the other hand I think it is kinda sad to have spent two whole years of ones life playing a computergame - the years lost can never be replaced (trust me i know), however, if the person has chosen to spend his/her life in this manner and is content with it then I think it is alright - what each of us perceive as value in our lives is a matter of personal taste and not for others to judge.

Jagex revealed on March 2, 2010 that they had banned a player with 1004 days of playtime for abusing the d-bolt duping bug.

It was any bolt dupe, But d bolt was the most common bolt duped.

 

It's kinda sad to see someone with 1'004 days of playtime but only 2179 total level... Must have been a real slacker.

Or that person only trained skills they liked. And got more than the required XP for 99.
