I'll buy this as well as BF3. Imo they're polar opposites in the Multiplayer category so why not try both.

I much prefer the arcade style CoD has to offer. I'm not sure yet but I might be buying MW3, Infinity Ward's hit detection always was flawless, not like Treyarch, both games from them I played had hit detection issues, which means that Black Ops is the last one I'm buying from Treyarch.

Looks like the guns here might have highish recoil just as in BO, since you need to add proficiencies to lower recoil and aim sway and other stuff. Also Stopping Power is a deathstreak (sort of).

Looks like November is going to be an expensive month considering the COD: Elite membership is going to be a good deal afterall it seems. Enough DLC guaranteed to pay for the year subscription.

I thought they said MW3 would be more about gun on gun play? Instead I only see more [cabbage] kill/deathstreaks. :/

From what I've seen, DLC's will only be offered through the Elite program.

You get 1 piece of DLC content (a map for instance) each month for free if you've got Elite and every few months people without Elite can buy a map pack.

It's worth it to preorder if you live in America. For $49.99 you get the game, 1 year of elite, and Founder status.

 

Not sure about in Canada though.

Uhh, that's just for Elite membership I think. The game itself is still $59.99. You could get the Hardened Edition for a clean $99.99 instead of both the game and the membership for $109.98.

I went ahead and bought the Hardened Edition. I usually hate the idea of paying an extra $40 for a book I'll look at once but this gives me a discount on Elite membership...

Yeah the Hardened Edition doesn't really have anything of interest except for the Elite subscription.

if they make death streaks they should make them like copy cat and juiced, they give a small bonus but its not op or annoying.
