June 20, 201115 yr It's most probably bots?Green drags and blue drags were already crowded due to bots, maybe they saw a niche in the market to kill reds? [spoiler=Sig] I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.

June 20, 201115 yr I'm theorizing that the green/blue dragon bots are actually the cause. My reasoning is that there are sup many more boys there that are only picking up the bones,thus taking all of the kills of the dragon but no hides. Ergo due to so many boys not picking up the hides, there are a shortage of them in the economy.however red dragons can't be bottedas easily and therefore have less bots which only pick up the bones.so more players kill red dragons with a yak while on task or whatever and back three hides as still as the bones. June 21, 201115 yr When I did my 99 crafting about 6 months ago I did blues just for the fact it was cheaper than greens lol. Not too surprised on the prices, probably bots invading yet another spot.
June 21, 201115 yr Red d'hide had been the most valuable hide for some while, probably bots took advantage of this and prices crashed. I remember estimating 600k-800k/hour at Red Dragons in wilderness.

Forget free players, once the bots [bleep] the last remaining money maker for members, that's when you'll see people start quitting out of frustration, apathy, and disgust for Jagex's inaction.

Until then suffer through bot infested training areas and get your levels up high enough to do "high level" stuff Yes, that's all well and good until you have an economy that places training methods at well over 20gp/xp and this game becomes your second Conquer Online. What good is half of Nex's drops if you can't sell them or make adequate use of them? What good is having a weapon with the highest DPS if there isn't anything worth killing? Apathy seems like a good idea when you're perched up on a pedestal and living off the fat of achievements made long ago. But it doesn't last for long.
