December 21, 201213 yr Well, fish masks were on the common slot for quite a while, and on the SoF for months whereas the new hat requires an item that (as far as I know) is very rare and will only be available for 3 weeks. These will inevitably be far rarer than fish masks, though less rare than other discontinued items.

On the xmas event, was short and sweet. I kept the dalmatian in Varrock. Not really duping when the pet is creating the item in the first place. Also thus far in my experience they only ever leave it on ground, never had one put in my invent regardless of space. I should be able to trade "the gift of giving" without being controlled over who I do it with or the frequency. I guess sitting at the same place for 20 minutes is christmasy to Jagex.
