What's more likely is that the company directors will get fined. If they were struck off then they couldn't trade in the UK I believe. Just because they submit late doesn't change the dates on the records unless they are committing fraud. The info submitted won't contain anything for gold packages as they are a couple of months too late. What's with all of the domain purchases O_o e.g. they purchased 121212.com most likely for the AoS release, yet never actually used it... and now the domain is pretty worthless. Investors and creditors are not able to view how worthy the company is of credit until that disclosure has been sent, because they can't assess how much liability shareholders have. New investment into the business is vital. Financial statements of limited companies are public documents by the way, so that disclosure should be available once it's been processed. It doesn't really reflect at all on how good, or bad, RuneScape is selling as a product.
