February 12, 200620 yr I moved the thread about the death of Shiva to the Announcement board. But, I forgot that you guys wouldn't be able to post your thoughts there. You can find that thread here. Here is a copy of the original post: Last month, our dear freind Anarith passed away. He was a well respected TET Member and a great Tip.it Community Person. He was found dead in the water of Marshall Lake in Shaler Pennsylvania. http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06013/637277.stm As a dear friend to him this is a severe loss for us. He will be missed. But he is in a better place now. We loved you Shiva, we always will man. ~Arcticrunite Admin Edit: You may leave condolences for the family here ~Newptor Quote Rule #1 clearly states, "Do NOT confuse Newpy!" February 12, 200620 yr Damn...Always sad to hear about some ones death. Especialy some one as nice of a persone as Shiva. Never really knew him well but seen him on few TET events. Seemed like a very nice persone. Man that sucks... :( My VideoScape Blog Yes it is on video. Leave me a comment
February 12, 200620 yr Oh my god...I thought Shiva left RS when I read the title. I didn't think it was as serious as this. I remember Anarith so well...always dropping all the good stuff at the drop parties...I hope he didn't kill himself, and if someone did kill him, I hope they die a horrible, Greataxe-induced death. Ranked top 15 in the world for In The Groove. February 12, 200620 yr Wow I remember Anarith he was a commited member of Tip It, and had a pretty good reputation all over the forums. He will be sorely missed. RIP Shiva. ~Ian Retired Tip It Moderator | Zybez Radio DJ - Listen Here
February 12, 200620 yr I feel really strange right now. For about a month, myself and others have wondered where he was. To hear that he was dead all along just breaks my heart. I don't really know how to handle this right now. Ive never had to experience a death of an online friend before... but it's just as bad as any other death. Shiva, you were a true friend. I will miss you.
February 12, 200620 yr I had no idea buddy... I just heard about it today. I still remember when we first met in-game. We were plotting with Rhys and Barihawk to kill Blipo after his party. You were a good poster and I thought of you as a good Tipiter. Your memory will remain in all the people that have met you here. I hoped you've thought of us like we've thought of you. I wish you well! Find that better place and we might come over and visit someday. ~With much <3 from Jak The Enrichment Center reminds you that the weighted companion cube will never threaten to stab you and, in fact, cannot speak. February 12, 200620 yr I had some neat arguing conversations with him. I liked him because he was understanding person. Sometimes we had our battles, but mostly we could stand each others. He will be missed, bestest luck for his family and friends. 99+ all 23rd March 2012 - 2496 total 13th June 2012.9000+ dragon drops! February 12, 200620 yr A little horsing around before the Slayer Party with Ravin, Mark, Shiva and myself. There he is in his Castle Wars armour GLORY! :P
February 12, 200620 yr Wow, I can't believe this. I merely thought his absence was due to his lack of interest in the game, which both of us were suffering from. I had no idea something so serious occurred, since I simply haven't been very active the past month. Shiva was always great to talk to; I was able to hold so many intelligent conversations with him. And now, I see that there was so much more I could have talked about - so much more about college and his area of study - which I'll be going into later this year. It's horrible to see such a good and intelligent person meet an unexpected and cruel fate. I'll always remember him, even though we hadn't actually met in real life (and I'm actually somewhat close to his location) and I hope he's found a better place.
February 12, 200620 yr i might not have been much of a friend... i never really hung out with you or anything.. but i knew you and you were awesome. you always seemed to make funny jokes.. and you were an amazing rs player. i dont know many who would put all their effort into such a game. but you put so much as to excel in it greatly. and now.. you are.. dead.. it just crushed me to hear about your death. i just wondered why. does everyone have to die if they put their life into what they love. why do we have to have taken away from us what we dear the most. RIP shiva... i will remember you forever.
February 12, 200620 yr Noooooooooooooo, man im sad right now     I will miss Shiva always,he really helped me with my slayer progress  He will be missed, bestest luck for his family and friends. Combat lvl : 121/124
February 12, 200620 yr RIP, Shiva. he was a great freind, was a very kind and understanding person and was always willing to give advice to others. I was wondering where he had been the past month or so, and i was so shocked to find out what happened BK.
February 12, 200620 yr I am really shocked at this news. I never knew him too well, but I knew he was a good member of the community. He will be missed. :( My thoughts go out to all his family and friends.
February 12, 200620 yr This is really sad news. I used to enjoy his posts and views that he posted here as he was one of the few mature posters around. I had met him a few times ingame and chatted a while although we never got to know each other very well. He will be missed. His background is also so similar to mine that it hits even harder. May his soul rest in peace. # 1101 to 99 range on 12-18-0585 slayer on 12-18-05 with combat at 102; retired from members since Feb 06.Back since June 07. 2000+ total.
February 12, 200620 yr Very tragic circumstances, I can not imagine what his family are going through. My thoughts are with them and all his friends. Talked to him here and there, but read many of his posts.

My condolences to his family and friends. :(
February 12, 200620 yr I don't know if I have any right to post here seeing as I didn't know him at all. It is always such a shame when somebody dies, even it isn't somebody you know. I always feel downhearted and today is no different. everybody talks of him as a wonderful person and that is how we shall remember him as.
February 12, 200620 yr It's really an odd thing, I can't find many pictures of him in my files :x That whole time we spent working on Mournings End pt 2 only has one or two pictures =\ I just posted something! ^_^ to the terrorist...er... kirbybeam.
February 12, 200620 yr Holy crap I live in near him. <------Exact location removed. ~Newp RIP "I will unlock my door, and pass the cemetary gates..." R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell Gone but Never Forgotten
February 12, 200620 yr Hmm, quite similar to something I've experienced before. Much similarity to me when one of my brother's good friends died. I knew who they were, and yet I didn't really know them. Just a thought: Does anyone know what/if he practiced religion?
February 12, 200620 yr Words fail me. Someone so young and full of promise. What a damn shame. Rest peacefully, Shiva. You will be missed. Kiara Remember, the SEARCH button is your friend. Use it!

I knew who they were, and yet I didn't really know them. Just a thought: Does anyone know what/if he practiced religion? Hindu. He was not as religious as he would have liked to be, but he still practiced his faith. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers.
