13 Plates, 14 Lacquer and 11 Chi globes from being able to make full superior sets. Need to get the Seasinger hood and legs scrolls first through.

 

Only got 1 Lacquer voyage tonight (and Ancient bones). Oh well, getting close at least.

Finished all my armour scrolls yesterday, now I just need to skill to get adventurers. :wall:

Rolled a Plate voyage today, if i get it, that'd be full tetsu done.

 

Got 78th scroll, sent out 79th on 92%, no adventurer rerolls again today.

It still do matter, since you don't have the lacquer voyage rolled (at least i dont think you do anyway).

 

My state earlier about "if the number of voyages is the same" applies only if you know for 100% sure that merchant will not help at all in any shape or form.

 

In your case, since you didn't bring a merchant, you'd have to roll a 5 lacquer voyage to get your DL hood, had you sent it with merch now, you only need to roll a 2 lac voyage or better to finish your DL, which is more likely than rolling a 5 lac

 

I actually have a 5 Lacquer pending ;D! Hence the decision to sent it away without merchant. And besides, I am more likely on rolling a 5 Lacquer mission then 2 Lacquer mission, because I have the region set on Pincers.

It's more likely to get a 5 lac than a 2 in pincers yes, but it's still more likely to get a 2 or higher lac than a 5 only lac ;P

Good news is I still have 3 FOTS to try again, bad news is I might have to wait another month just to get the voyage. I nearly have the 100 plate for my superior tetsu plate without the 71 from the voyage, heh.

Scroll voyage and a 2 chi voyage. Send the scroll at 94% and chi at 100%. Means ill be 2/4 for cruelty I think also 8 chi from SS bottom.

On the downside, i failed that 5 plate voyage, again! The game is trying to stop me from full tetsu or something. Rolled a 3 plate one and did that instead...

5 plate, 5 bone, 30 spice, scroll voyage all sent out at 80%+. I also have a 5 lacquer voyage on standby when they all return so I can optimize it and make the best effort for its safe return. I'm hoping that I get the lacquer back with a merchant to make it 58/100 lacquer banked for the plate.

Well, no scroll today, but it was decent;

Used Adv Reroll and got more bones as spec and a plate voyage

1. On the bright side, at least it's 'only' a tetsu helm, rather than a tetsu plate.

 

2. They ought to add a confirmation screen for PoP items. Not trying to dumb down the game, but since you can't actually control how the game takes the goods (IE you can't just take 100 tetsu to stop you accidentally make 2 tetsu plates, not an unlikely scenario either), a confirmation screen, at least for PoP only, could be desireable.

Just how rare is Fortune of the Sea? I'm almost halfway through the Bowl and have yet to receive a single one. Is it more common in the later regions?

...it happened to me when i was making seasinger's. and i agree with the confirmation screen for pop armours, especially since it takes so long to gather the trade goods.

I completed my Story Trios about 2-3 weeks ago I think at this stage, I initially started with 3 FOTS, used 2 for the Trios (all of them were gathered before the bottom row effect nerf), and been doing the randoms everytime it came up for me. I have yet to regain the 2.

Just gotta be careful and not be in a hurry when you make armours. ;).

Just to confirm, you can actually still get FOTS. This is actually my first ever, am in the Pincers.

Yeah tonight I got a scroll voyage and a joint resource voyage. I send the scroll out at 85% and get a 5 bone voyage from breaking the joint. I decide to roll my regulars and get another 5 lacquer, 5 chi and 5 plate. I sent the chi and lacquer out and roll another 5 bones. So pretty much it couldn't get better than that. I'm hoping to have the chi, lacquer and scroll complete. I'll need another 2 chi and 43 lacquer for SS bottom and DL top.

How rare are random events? I got one the very first day I did ports, and dced in the middle of it (the barrel assassin one). Haven't gotten a single one since, and I need that reward boost for the triple story mission.

Succeed on 1 Chi and 2 plate voyages yesterday, While I have enough for both Tetsu chest and SS hood (and thus complete both SS and Tetsu), I might hold them out until the armor update. I probably won't be using them for a little while just yet.

 

Mousepad: Did you try checking if you have a lingering Random at Surula or the Marketeer? I reliably get them everyday, though there are a few days where I didn't get them, but that should be a rare occurence.
