Pickpocket Varrock Guard – Thieving (12)

This. Crossing back over the wall after touching it from north to south counts as a fail, as reported by The Warrior.

I've been running back and forth touching the north wall and jumping the south wall and all my runs have counted.

I just jumped the wall at GE ran to the gate on the north wall opened it and it said it was completed. Ran back to lvl 26 and tele'd to burthorpe, was surprised more 14 year olds weren't out there trying to show off how big their peeens are

Rune Wiki (unofficial) has an extensive list of kingdom leaders. If you go to the bottom of King Luthas page (for example), expand the "Rulers and Monarchs" tab for a list of potential options (inb4 absurd limitations as to who counts and who doesnt)

10 Rulers/Sig heros ought to be easy

 

All 6 sig heroes are always in legends guild, heroes and champs have some but not all of them.

 

Then King Lathas, King Rolad, Duke Horatio, Sir Amik Vaze ought to cover it.

 

If not there is also The Emir in Kharid, the two gnome kings, King Arthur is in camelot iirc, Chief Brundt in rellekka, Commander guy in Burhthorpe are also likely choices.

Last time I went I coulda sworn you could talk to all 6 in legends, but either way not hard.

Also the ORIGINAL Emir may be gone, but there was a line of succession that has been fulfilled.

 

Other options we've got also include the king and queen on misc and the chiefs on jat and neitz. The father guy in tai bwo wanni theoretically could count as could the Jadinko Queen and the skinweaver in ganodermic land

Appears that you can't use the Signature Heroes in Legends Guild for today's challenge, you actually need to find them in the world.

 

The rulers of Relleka, Lumbridge, and Al Kharid also don't work for unknown reasons.

GG Jagex, you can't even remember how many Kings/Queens/Rulers there are in your own game.

Well, this was a load harder than it should have been... How could Jagex miss so many people?

To be fair, only two of the people who don't work are really true Kings that should work. All the others are rulers, of which none seem to work at all--so the whole "rulers" thing might've been an unintended typo.

 

 

You can see this in that Mawnis Burowgar doesnt work but King Sorvott does--they wouldn't check one Fremmenik Isle and not the other, it seems to be intentional.
