He didnt say how much defense u gonna need cuz from what i read, those puppies hit for alot. And you're gonna need a ton of prayer and that will raise your lvl too. How many lvl 70 rangers own 2 crystal bows? "you will paerish one hit easily." watch prayer which will be very tricky but it can be done if you're lucky sure doesnt make u wanna take the risk does it? i thnk he just put that 60s can do to make more people read it? I truly think it's impossible at lvl 60. maybe 69 or 68 but no way 60.

The low levels who have gotten the cape use a different method.

March 9, 200719 yr good guide but.... it says even a lvl 60 can get it. how is that possible when u need 70+ def, 70+ str, 70+ range ect? I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.

April 3, 200719 yr Author All of you guys that think a lvl 60 cant do it make a lvl 60 with at least my recomended stats and use the guide and try it foryourself before you say you cant do it because ive done it. and you say they use another method? Well what method is that please tell me I wanna know since Ive been told im the reason people have been able to reach their goal of getting it at low levels. You say you would get owned without prayer well really? Duh Jad would own you without it. Also you dont need def or attack or str and you can keep hp low.. April 3, 200719 yr some lvl 40's even made it.. but that was with ancient... sow they heal with blood spells... but i dont think its now possible to get the firecape because there's still a bug in prayer system.. so i dont think its the right time.. and it will only cost your sup restores and saras...

April 3, 200719 yr The bug is that sometimes when you hit Protect From _____ the icon doesn't appear above your head and you get no protection.
