My current house design. I used this format to be helpful with many uses including Runecrafting (Glory on wall), Prayer at the Nearby alter, Teletiles with the Study, and planks at the workshop all decent reach around the entrance portal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also the teleports out are neaby too. This was to help speed up while doing barrows runs.

I am only level 46 CONSTRUCTION and the house is not yet complete. I am not planning on building a dungeon. However, if I do decide to I should be able to remove a couple of gardens.

when jagex ups the room count later this month, i will extend my dungeon, and rebuild my games, combat and parlor rooms

 

 

 

 

 

That's what my ideal setup would be with 30 rooms. I know my dungeon is pretty puny, but I focused on getting everything above ground that I wanted first, so I was left with little dungeon space \

The black circles are the big fountains in the formal garden. I only have one bedroom because I dont have a butler. If I ever get one his bedroom will go next to the obuliette, which isn't shown in these pics but you can probably guess that itll go under the throne room.

I love my house layout, functional and good looking at the same time.

 

 

 

*Note: This is my dream house, it is mostly laid out so far but there is no furnature. I have thought about a dungeon, but Im not going to build it until the rest of my house is done. The furnature will be done when I get 90 construction because by then I can make the best version of everything except for dungeon stuff and a throne.

 

 

 

The southeast garden (regular garden) has a portal. The northwest one has a pond

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and umm... you dont have a formal garden, or a costume room up on the list of rooms, just saying :

 

 

 

 

 

and i dont have the throne room YET, but i know where im going to put it :) yes i have 3 combat rooms. 1 is boxing, 1 is fencing, and 1 is the full on combat ring. i just want people to have a variety of htings to do, and with just a combat ring people could pull out other items in a boxingmatch :shame: and i have 3 more spaces left for the last 3 rooms... i REALLY hope i cna have anough rooms to get it all in there... 19 now... 3 more combat rooms... and i want a duengon some time... im really going to need 99 con for the 30 rooms to pull off what ive always wanted :D

Well, I'm going for 99 Construction first off! :) Then, secondly, I said the first floor will be my layout when I hit 75 Construction. I never said anything about my dungeon being made. I just showed you what it may look like.
