As I'm a Finn, every English-singing band is a foreign for me. I also listen a lot of norwegian stuff.

Btw I found all these languages from my collection:

English

Finnish

Estonian

Polish

Norwegian

Swedish

Russian

Italian

Hungarian

Probably would be some other languages too if I really had time and motivation to look what I have :P

I'd rather die for what I believe in than live for anything else.

I mainly listen to music in:

English

German

Icelandic/Hopelandic

Finnish

Swedish

Dutch

I have been known to listen to the odd bit of Spanish, Italian and Japanese too but not as often as the ones i already said.

I used to listen to Aria not long ago, which is russian heavy metal (sounds like a mixture of Iron Maiden and Scorpions).

... I'm also a fan of The Mars Volta.

Well, being Dutch makes English a foreign language to me, but I guess that doesn't count. I have a lot of German/Scandinavian stuff on my playlist, some Latin (various bands), some Italian (Lacuna Coil).
