They've been like this for a while now,if i recall they changed sometime during August.

 

 

 

Yup, they said in a update that they changed some examines so you could see were it came from.

The wilderness skull in the bottom right corner of the screen has changed to a ghostly face.

That was an announced update a while ago, however, i know the goblin area north of cw got updated a while back, but has it always looked like this and had this broken bridge?:

 

 

Not really sure if that's a broken bridge more than it is a broken stairway. It does bring explanation as to why you have to go through the underground maze to get to the Observatory though.

On the observatory side theres a door leading to the other side of the broken bridge but it wont let you though and says something along the lines of 'this is the old way to get to the observatory'

 

 

 

I think they re-did the observatory quest however as theres alot of new things in the dungeon i never saw when i did it. (also a new entrance)

Not sure if ths hidden or already mentioned but when u smith iron ore with the new Varrok armor, from the diary, when u smith 2 bars at once it only uses one charge from your ring of forging.

It's not hidden, it's been like that since the varrock diary came out, that's the special effect of the armour lol.

anyone know what the bank guard npc (its not in the bestiary yet?) is up to in draynor village? showed me a bank robbery cut scene but wouldn't tell me anything else (i'm f2p)

 

 

 

1) The Bank Guard has been there for at least 2 years (maybe a little less). As his name suggests, he's guarding the bank.

 

 

 

2) He's not in the Bestiary because the Bestiary only contains attackable monsters. You can't attack the Bank Guard.

Thats really odd, i got 99 theiving using world 120 (unofficial pyramid plunder world), and quite often that world would be offline...I wonder what the deal with that is... :-k

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but i noticed that boots of lightness are now -5kg instead of the -4 they used to be.

I don't know if this has been mentioned. But now when you recharge your prayer using an altar, it is now a different "emote".

 

 

 

I think jagex are making things "wavy". Holding a 2h sword, and now this.
