walking through gnome stronghold up the north west side i cam across the rteains of a silver tree upon examination it said

 

"the scorched reamains of a silver sprit tree"

 

 

 

anyone know what is for and when it appered? id love to know :P

That's Argento, Hazlemere's beloved dead spirit tree. Gloughphrie killed it in the Eyes of Him quest.

There's a new slayer task- Scarabites

JaGeX said in the quest summary that there is a new slayer monster that comes with the quest .

I can't find the word "slayer" in the quest summary at all. And scarabites aren't a slayer monster exactly. You can kill them without a slayer level, but they can now be assigned.

 

Mybad, they changed what the quest summary said then .

 

I swear it said a new slayer monster, that's why I was searching like mad for the new slayer monster in kb. They also had two identical newsposts about that quest :XD:

Clothears has been there for a few months, but it's ok. That's not really a very populated area.

ok i dunno if this has been mentioned, or if it indeed is a change...but... the bush patch at rimmington...now has a small tree in the south east corner (stopping 360 degree access to the patch) whereas im absolutley positive it only used to be a small bush not so long ago

Of coruse not that this has any effect on anyone (Unless ur chopping normal trees outside your rimmington house portal) it just seems weird to me (if they have changed it, its an odd change, and if they havent, well i better start getting more sleep) lol :XD:

 

 

 

edit: ok the tree patch in the gnome stronghold has a bush in the same place as the tree at rimmington bush patch so im probably wrong on this one :?

In the entrance of the Sewer Slayer dungeon, if you go up the ladder, there are now 2 Warped Tortoises. Used to be only 1. Good for slayer assignments.

 

Even better: Once in a while a lady comes out with her Bulldog for like, 5 seconds. If you manage to talk to her she says shes busy preparing for the grand opening.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She takes her walk every ten minutes. On world 70, it's always on the ten. I don't know if it's the same for other worlds.

FYI..

 

 

 

The damage goes like this now from weakest to strongest 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

 

 

 

You can't tell me that ancients was maxing at 13 prior, that's insanely low. You can see the jump which seperates the old high level spells that are unchanged and the nerfed lower level spells. Everything below and including shadow burst are nerfed.
