I started out last night. I didn't have a clue what to do. All I knew is tickets mattered. So, I fought full rune and got around 1,100 tickets. I was talking to some guy and he said that it cost 10 tickets per minute, so I thought that was enough. I started out and after an hour and a half, I got the rune defender! I had 140 tickets left over, and I dropped 'em. How long did it take you?

It took me around 2 hours to get up to iron. The rest came within what seemed 15 minutes.

900-1000 for just rune. :shock: Man, am I feeling lucky, lol. I got it within like 150 tokens. :-k And all the rest were pretty easy except for mith and addy.

I'm pretty sure he meant it took 900-1000 tokens to get bronze to rune. It seems to me that bronze is the hardest to get. Then all the others are ok/average to get, and rune is the easiest. Almost everybody has gotten from addy to rune within like 200 tokens, which is fairly good. And even more common after the first rune defender. I got my second after about 5 minutes. Other people will get like 5 in 20 minutes. Just what I've seen.

took me over 4400 tokens with flat 99s killing them actively the whole time as I only talked to people on Ventrillo. It was a joke. :)

that was horrific.... i did give up multiple times since 6.5k was on the bronze ones and i thought i was doing somthing wrong

An hour and a half seems quite good. It took me at least 4 hours to get the rune defender (3 days after introduction of warriorsguild) I'm wondering if it's only about luck or could it be that jagex made it a bit easier to get?

I had my addy Defender and after reading this post thought I would try for my rune, I got the first rune after 160 tokens, then the 2nd one came whithin 80 tokens, the 3rd never did though :(

Yea it was about the same for me :

took me about 1500 tokens to get to rune, then got a total of 4 rune defenders within 100 tokens

*shudders* It took me freaking 4670 tickets for rune. I would get 1000 tickets, go up and fight, then go get 1000 more, and keep doing that. I know it was 4670 tickets because i still have 330 in the bank.

Took me around 1700 tickets for a rune defender. I don't know how long though.

It took me around 1.5k tickets, I got up to addy pretty easy, around 1k tickets, then had to go get another 500ish for rune, was worth it though! :)

took me about 5k tokens and it was really boring....

 

 

 

but oh well...its worth it.

It took me about 1k tokens to get from bronze to rune... about 2/3 of that just to get bronze -.- i thought i was never going to get it. lol

about 3000 tokens to get rune.

I think it took me about 600 tokens to get to rune and i thought i had bad lcuk there ( i have bad luck pretty much everywhere else :oops: )

It took around 1200 tickets from bronze-rune +2 extra runes. I like to have extras of everything :wink: For bronze it took me like half of those tickets to get.

2000 to bronze 500 iron 400 steel... i had totalt to rune more then 5000 tokens anyway... nice combaty exp up there (my rune pure was member)

If I remember correctly, it took me about 800 tickets to get upto the Rune Defender.
