This is possibly the best setup for Abyss Crafting...BTW I bring a 4 dose saradomin brew incase i get tbed..I have never ever died yet. You should add that to your argued items as very useful. It increases your def plus heals you+ goes over max hp.

Nice guide, though I have only a rune pickaxe, glory, spotted cape, and boots of lightness and bring ess and puches when crafting and lucky me. I haven't died once since I started using the abyss.

I wouldn't rely on luck anymore, a one click teleport could save your life one day.

Very good reading. I hang out in worl 97 and have been pked twice by teleblock. Even with having mind shield/helm, and full b dhide/glory and spotted cape. I will start using my bear hood, and holy book and use ring of life and house teles

very nice guide, if you really want to be glory safe, just take a ring of dueling, cw tele, then glory to edge, slighlty more costly, also lose time, but much safer item wise :?

That's actually a good suggestion... I'll have to try this sometime and see if it's worth cutting down the runecrafting time.

Could you add what level Wilderness the Abyss itself is and what levels the PKers usually are?

go the back way WITH NOTHING ON! first to see if there are pkers if not continue rcing as normal if there is hop and do the same =D>

The abyss is not in the wilderness, it's another dimension infact. This is exactly what I thought at first and it was really the only main reason that I didn't try it out. Now I know, and I'm making a great 275k an hour. Pkers are usually level 70-120, you will rarely see any out of that range(except for the strange level 20s that hang around the mage for hours for some unexplained reason). I will add that to the guide, which I am planning to make into a complete abyssal guide. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brain- That's a really bad idea, no offense. Not only is the backway slower(and you should only use it to trick pkers into thinking you hopped, sneak past them hehe), but wearing nothing is a very bad idea. Any type of pker will kill so you so fast you don't know what hit you. Hopping worlds is usually the last thing you should resort to when trying to get rid of pkers, it wastes time. You better have that cursor over your one click teleport(I hope you have one!) when your running to the mage incase of attacks.

nice guide. i like rcing cause it make me good money. this guide will help me. although like evry1 if i do unfourtanelty get tbed and entangled and that. i do drop my pouches and try run. because i can replace my glory easy but pouches are harder to replace..

Most teleblockers will snare you first and then follow up with a teleblock. The second you get snared you should teleport away(I assume you bring a teleport!). I learned this the hard way. :|

This is a very nicely written blog with loads of pictures so even those people that don't like to read can understand. *coughs innocently while looking down at feet*

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The easiest way to avoid them though is suit up in armour and kill 'em. That'll teach 'em. :shame:
