barrows: how many doses do you use per trip?

If you have 70 defense and use prayer for anything other than speed rounds, you are doing something wrong. If you have a decent skill set (all combat skills 60-80) then you might need one or two doses for Karil. Safespots, melee armor, dds specs, slayer dart, and Karil's x-bow or mage short with rune/addy arrows and you only need to pray for emergencies.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Runs? Too many.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Average doses? No banking/trading/leaving for 63 runs and using 30 doses or p pots... that is a little less than half a dose per run in just about the most endurance-testing manner. Normally, maybe a dose every item (1 in 22.3 is my average atm, I think.)

i use a (4) prayer pot a run... if that. speed run? not really i mean i go for like a 10 kc and i dont take much food so its like, whatever.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

just go in, kill dharok with prayer on, kill verac with prayer on kill karil with prayer on(at this point my natural prayer is dead.) prayer pot on ahrim kill him, remaining prayer on guthan or torag. if my prayer runs out i switch to maging in my melee armor.

also this is with slayer dart and def is 80 and prayer only 60 i only pray karil and dharok ill only use 1 dose if i have karil tunnel and ive done somewhere about 200+

I must of done over 100 trips now and I use 6 doses, more if things get a bit hairy.
