Dont quit, do what i did when i realised my friends were idiotic kiddies, turn off your public chat privat chat un add every one on your friend list add them all to your ignore list and never speak to any one again unless buying or trading, and if some one ever asks to be your friend immidiately add them to your ignore list. It works, trust me.

The people I had on my friends list, are mostly people I met staking, training, or merchanting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At first I only added them so I would know if they wanted to train, buy something from me, or stake. But after a while most of them started acting like friends, I guess just faking it? :\

I don't think you should quit. Your friends in game may have been greedy noobs, but look at how many people have responded to your topic. I find TipIt is a good place to find friends when no other place seems to be helpful. :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry about you getting hacked though. You took it really well though.

I hate people like that. I have a few so-called "friends" on my friends list. You might give them something to help or just to be nice, then they turn around and ask for MORE. I get so angry. I be nice, then they expect it on a regular basis.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry for a little off topic, I recommend you install Ad-Aware and scan with that, it often picks up stuff like keyloggers etc. GET A BANK PIN like everyone else said. Its a lifesaver. And lastly, create a password that is hard to guess. Use a mixture of numbers, letters and symbols. Something with a mix of letters, symbols and numbers might be hard to remember initially, but it is far safer than using an easy to guess password.
