An easter egg is secret messages or things in a game in this case...

There's a ton of them in runescape and a few I found are:

Fairy Nuff - Fair enough

Sir Pyrsin - surprising

Sir Amik Varze - ceramic vase

Sir Renitee - Serenity

Sir Tiffy Casion - certification

mos'le harmless - mostly harmless

Sanguistion region means region of blood in Latin

When you examine a rock lobster it says "it wasn't a rock" referring to the song rock lobster.

If you examine madame Bouqet on Moonclan the examine is "should a pronounce it bucket" which refers to a 90s show "keeping up appearances".

post yours O:)

If you stand in the lost city, the random frogs that pop up often quote movies.

"Were off to see the wizard"...

"This Kiss, This Kiss..."

Some other's I can't remember.

actually mithril is real too, it's a stronger type of silver, much much rarer than gold, as are most minerals.

no.. mithril isn't real...

He's thinking of white gold.

Thats white/silver in colour

stronger than silver as it is gold

and much rarer than normal gold

:XD: guys, mithril is from Lord of the Rings, it is a mixture of steel and silver --- enchanted by the elves.

so in essance, unechanted mithril is real, its just silver and steel.

lol quoted that before i read the long string of posts on it.

I'm pretty sure glycerin is the explosive. Not gelatin. If gelatin exploded... The world would end.

Gelatin is the stuff that makes jelly, well, jelly. And it makes most chewy sweets (Haribo and such). Glycerin is a component in an explosive, but it not explosive by itself (other ingredients are commonly found in soaps and pencil lead, and they're not explosive, are they?). Gelatte I have never heard of (is it a type of Starbucks coffee or something?), but Gillette is a brand of shaving foam.

Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores:

Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. It's amazing how boring doing the same repetitive task is! Stupid MTA

Rodskegg or something like that dont really remember it to well but their kind of "vikings" so maybe not such a biggy ... but still...

But whatever his name is it means something in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish...

I think it was a scandinavic guy who came up with the quest :P

Nitro Glycerin is explosive, not sure about just plain glycerin though.

On Topic:

Not sure I have seen any, I lead a dull life on runescape :anxious:

Eh well. It only means Redbeard.

EDIT: But it makes me remember another one! Askeladden (that little fellah outside the longhouse) is also the name of a famous fairytale-character in traditional Norwegian fairytales.

Owner of Quest Cape since 11/9/2007 23:30! Working my butt off to get it back.

I have one, I don't know if it has been said yet but the song on the tune on the Cold War iceberg "Have an Ice day" Is a reference to Bon Jovi's song, "Have a Nice Day"

Some good ones in here, didn't know there were this many.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Please don't continue.

in "what lies below", we say, "what if he fails to acquiese to our request?" which is a reference to pirates of the caribbean. if your vocab is too small to know what it means... it means no.

Spoiler Warning:

but in a tail of two cats when you figure out Bob was once a hero, i think his cat was named odysseus obviously from Homer's The Odyssey

Uhm .. is it me or was odysseus a famous spartan warrior?
