Salad
Just a quick question... Is anybody else using Zygor's Leveling guide? Since I found this I've been leveling like crazy. Good bye Quest Helper, welcome real power leveling. Just used my 1 week trial and since I just got BC I decided to level my main. Not even playing on it everyday and playing on other accs and doing random stuff (Mining for example) I went up 4 levels, from 60 to 64. If I would have spent all of the time I spent this week I could probably be level 70. This is the most awesome thing ever. Also, I just got my hands on http://www.wow-schools.com/gold/ full guides. Once I start playing again I will try and report back. I went fast reading it and it seems good. EDIT: Whoop, I just found Dugi's leveling guide + extras on my comp. I think Zygor's is still better, but w/e
DarkDude
Not a fan of Zygor guides, tries them out on my Warlock but due to having full hierloom items + running HCs I soon got to the point I was not getting any xp from the mobs I was killing for the quests I was doing, On top of that had rested XP. It was making me do level 12-13 quests at level 22, a really good guide
meb
Leveling in Outland is probably the easiest part of leveling  . Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. obfuscator
Did ICC yesterday :D Did first wing but then had to go. I was suprised at how flawlessly we did it - a bunch of people were undergeared and my guild has never done anything more than 10m normal. I mean, I didn't even die on a boss. Though those trash death explosions did get me twice :( "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti

And I'm still wondering if it's worth it going on that big treasure hunt for those lvl 70 epics, is it worth it? Also, just did my first Pick-Up Raid yesterday in Karazhan. It was PAINFUL because we had 4 other hunters in the raid, although I've still gotten an iLvl 115 epic (which frankly, sucks against my lvl 115 rare in that slot...), and then the MT complained about one of the hunters (still no clue who...) and rage quit after two bosses. That kinda ended the whole damn raid.
Mollerz
chundered. POOOOOOOOOOSH. also, you're awful. What do you think is wrong with it though? Lolz. :P Well, nothing goes with anything. None of what is in the UI works with each other, it all seems out of place. Fonts are different, textures are different, all over the UI. It's just messy and not pleasing to the eye in my opinion :> Click my signature for my blog!

Necromagus
Right, so I've decided to start a paladin (again, mostly for RP reasons), and I wanted to level it through the dungeon finder, which would mean playing as a tank. I've been looking for some good guides on it, and I've only been able to find one that seems to be up to date. For some reason it wants me to start out by putting points in retribution rather than protection, which seems a bit counter-intuitive. The build starts out with full points in Benediction, then a point in Improved Judgements, full points in Heart of the Crusader, Deflection, Seal of Command and Vindication. It doesn't start putting points in the prot tree until levels 23-27 for Divine Strength and 28-32 for Anticipation. With glyphs, the suggested build looks like this. The build doesn't go full prot until level 40 (here). From what I can see paladin tanking is mostly about abilities (Retribution Aura, Consecration, etc.), so would these builds work for leveling as a tank in dungeons from 15-40? obfuscator
Ehh I'd stick to pure prot tbh. Besides, you'll get people making fun of you for tanking as a "ret" pally. "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti
DarkDude
That first build is horrid, http://www.wowhead.com/talent#sZV0xcZxf0z:z0Zz Would be better, with the glyph of seal of command you shouldn't run into mana problems. To be honest, going into the ret tree first isn't a terrible idea, seal of command is an amazing tanking seal for instances so it's worth picking up and to be honest there's no huge prot talents early on that are needed. Only problem is you lose on early blessing of sanctury, but I think seal of command is worth getting before that. http://www.wowhead.com/talent#sZV0xAMuZxf0z:z0Zz Is then where you'd want to be 45, this build also means you'll not have to respec until level 80 (hell, you could farm HCs with this spec very easily, it's actually pretty close to the one I'm using for tanking ICC). Ret aura has nothing to do with tanking, as a tank Devotion aura is much much more important for you. When levelling my Pala I was prot until 40 or so, then switched to ret with holy OS for faster levelling. Although with the above build you would be awesome at levelling due to survivability and seal of command gives you awesome AoE and wouldn't need to get a ret spec. obfuscator
I need some advice - I'll have 60 frost emblems today - I don't know what to do with them. I did plan to buy t10 gloves but people keep telling me not to at apparently them and the legs drop in VOA, and i run 10 and 25 weekly.... I would get the shoulders but what I have currently are already one of my best gear peices...should I just save up 95 and get the helm/chest? Necromagus
Well, finally got my paladin up to level 16, and started doing some RFC tanking to get used to it. So far I've only had one truly bad experience, a druid in full cloth heirlooms who came in as a healer and who insisted on spamming damage spells every time he thought I wasn't pulling fast enough. I tried to explain to him that I only had one taunt on an eight second cooldown, I would let him tank whatever he pulled rather than running around trying to save his rear end. In the end he started nuking the boss before I was even within taunt range, and I decided to just let him die before finishing the fight with one of the DPS priests healing me. Necromagus
Tanking is a lot of fun so far. I should easily get level 20 today. Might have to take some time out to roll a Horde DK though, just to get some cash on the Horde side. For some reason the Horde side's market for glyphs is a mess, and I'd end up paying six or seven times the going rate for glyphs on the Alliance side. Almost makes me want to make said DK a scribe just so I can get my glyphs.
