If you don't have Silverlight you cannot attack him and if you don't select the right incantation he will simply regenerate. The second Deamon Lv. 26 is locked in cage at top of the Wizard's Tower and can be killed only with spells or arrows. For female players by popular request. You can now go and talk to one of the characters in the game, and get their armour modified to look more female. Sometimes spells will fail to work. If this happens you keep your runes, you can recast after 20 seconds. Higher level spells are more likely to fail but as you increase your magic levels the lest it will fail. And those player houses in varrock were there some time before they got removed....as well there was them in falador if i remember correct....player house area in varrock were inside fence so players couldnt go there, just look outside of fence and gate was locked.
