this is basically how you escape a battle that seems nearly impossible to win.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Would you run, teleport, or fight it out even if it means certain death!

On the rare occasion I pk I never bring teles, but I will run when I run out of food.

I will run before I've even got to that point. I never attack anyone, and I do not wish to lose all but three items. I shall run and tele at the first opportunity. Unless some fool level 60 non-pure seems to think that my lack of talking at the green dragons means I'm autoing and an easy target. Then I just leave auto-attack on and watch him die.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have worked to get my items and I will not just give them away, I will do everything I can to keep them. If I am in the wilderness it is for any reason other than PKing, so I feel absolutely no regrets in making them waste their food/runes/arrows.

i bring my nicest stuff and teles to pks, most pkers do, its not dishonorable, just protecting your stuff. no such thing as honor in the wildy man.

i'd definately run/tele.

 

 

 

If i can use my skills (magic to tele) to my advantage in a fight (not dieing), then i will.

 

 

 

if i'm called a "pixel hugger" by someone, they are just as bad because all they want is my stuff. who would intentionally die and have to work for a few hours to make it back, when you could save a few hours and run/tele from the fight.

 

 

 

sure, it's just a game, and it's just pixels, but it takes time to make pixels back, and in real life, you could be using that time to do something meaningful.

If your not skulled? Fight to the death, protect items prayer if you are gonna die. If your skulled? Run or teleport, depending on what you have with you.

I don't, but i dont have a go at people who do, 80% of my pks are people with teles anyway. I run if im about to die/run out of food, im not a mindless robot who sits there and dies :roll:

If for some extremely, odd, weird reason I am PKing alone, I would retreat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When I PK with my entire clan, I will fight til death. My clan members only retreat if I order a retreat. If I don't, they will fight til their deaths too.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Running is not retreating.

Ir really depends on the situation and what I went into the wildy for.

my friends (omg dark aura has friends!) say im as stuborn as trying to tell a statue to walk around the house, i embrace death in the face, even in real life id rather go down with a fight than slowly rot from some uncurable problem...as joe off family guy says: "BRING IT OOOOON!"

There's no shame in running from a fight you can't win. But fighting a lost cause is shameful.

If I come across a guy lvl 110+ why would I fight him? (88 Combat).

Depends. On my 60 range pure, I'll usually fight to the death since I have prayer and will keep my chaps. Otherwise, I dunno.. I usually get KOed.

If all i stand to lose is a few lobbys, i stay and fight... I run in situations where i have no way to fight back or will lose good items. Like when an ancient pked me while i was getting ghostly for no reason other than having a little joke by forcing me to walk to ardy for another ring of visiblity. I almost got away, too...

Tele, and if I'm tb'ed, run for my life. I do not pk and will never try.

i can only talk about f2p main/rune pure pking, maybe it would be different if i were a p2p pure or main but it really depends on the fight. in a fair 1 on 1 with no tagging, safing, protect praying or too big combat or def lvl difference i stay to death because i feel they deserve it and should be rewarded. but most of the time fights arent fair so this doesnt happen very often. if i wanna get away from a fight i dont carry teles so i just run on 2-3 lobs left and i always get away.

Depends what i have on. If i have a fire cape on, i would tele or run. If it just was rune and a whip, then i would protect whip an stay and die!!!

In edgeville when I pk on my pure I run at 1 lob or when I'm out

 

 

 

When I pk at castle I run at about 8 lobs then run into dark wizards.

 

 

 

When I pk at hill giants (whichI rarely do) I try to run and eat when theres a huge clan.

 

 

 

I never tele :)

If I was about to die, of course I would run.
