the luckiest thing thats happened to me in the game was getting a robin hood hat from a clue scroll.

I watched a vid of someone getting a clue scroll, dragon sheild left half and d legs from steel drags in 11 kills. After I watched it I did want to punch this guy in the face :lol:

i was bored and i didnt want my 2 rune pics so i was like what the hell

 

 

 

so i staked it to a 120 and he staked 400k and with my dds specs i hit a 21,21 18,21 13

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

all he hit me for was a 19 :D

walked into dharoks tomb wth 36 hp, he hit a 36. Luckily I healed myself for 1 and got saved (and I was camping so had over 5m in runes/chest items)

One time when I was drop hunting I got a santa and sold it for 4M. I should of kept it longer.

Last summer I was having some great barrows luck. I was averaging one item an hour, unfortunately no spear :cry: . I made about 4m in those two days(i was level 78 I think)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then about two months ago, right before heading home to Virginia from Michigan(visiting family) I did one run, and bam...

I have a friend that a while ago picked up a red phat from a dying merchant in w1. Now that's a huge luck. But guess what? He was very very foolish, he sold it for a yellow + money. Then he got scammed selling the yellow in order to buy a purp. He didn't have enough money to buy the purp. He gave 10m to his brother, which lost it somehow. Then with the rest of the money he bought barrows armour, try doing the barrows mini-game, he was completely unprepared, and he died losing his barrows armour pieces. He tried 2 more times, died and lost all that was left of his money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can you imagine, he was amazingly lucky, yet he wasted it all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So after all, it doesn't matter if you're lucky or unlucky. What's important is if your MATURE enough to manage the money you have. If you are, then you're headed for success.

I've had many lucky moments, most were at Barrows. It was amazing. 4 items out of 7 chest openings. Fastest 5m I've ever made.

I was making bowstrings, when i saw a guy say that he was gonna set up his autoer. (seriously, he was THAT stupid...) I payed no attention, and went to get 500 bs to sell. When i came back, he was being attacked by a swarm, but wasn't watching that character, and the swarm kept him from-auto-logging out. When he got to 1/3 hp, i went and stood on him...waiting and waiting... he finally died and i got....

The luckiest I've ever been is getting half keys from random events. First half key loop from a Mysterious Old Man Strange Box and first half key tooth from a "Certer" visit while I was spinning bow strings in Lumbridge castle.

Not as good items as most of you, but i killed four fire giants in a row. Each one of them dropping a rune scimitar!

5 kalphite queens 3 chains 8). fastest 24mils i've ever got.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also traded sara helm and 2000 nature runes for purple partyhat when they were about 100m 8-) .
