Whats you're favorite soundtrack that you've heard in a game. Basically the music that is playing during the game. My favorite is probably from the OLD Quake 2 game. It came free with my OLD PC and I beat the game all the way through and it has some of the coolest music. The majority of it was written by "Sonic Mayhem" which is a non-vocal band that records music for videos and that song of thing. if you get the chance, look up the song "quad machine" on youtube. My other favorite would have to be the Goldeneye for N64. I really enjoyed that game, played it through several times, and still think that the soundtrack for the levels was better than any of the later bond games. The music always seemed to fit the mood perfectly. Whats you're favorite soundtracks?

I think I'm off to see Amon Amarth at the end of October :XD: They're supporting Dimmu Borgir. good to see that you liked it. If you want a really eerie but similar song by them listen to "emogenis puzzle pt. 2" thats the other song by them that I really enjoy. It's a great song to put onto a stereo and place out on you're front porch on Halloween (you'll see what I mean lol). It's very different from anything I've heard from other metal bands.

I really enjoyed the movie even though I've never seen a single episode of the Simpson's! I recommend going to see it if you like comedy even if you aren't a Simpson's fan

sounds really neat :D . Foreign language has always been my worst class in school, but teaching English would be interesting. I've always wanted to go to another country that has to learn English as a secondary language later on in life (high school course, like we take spanish, etc.) and sit through a few classes, I think it would be funny to see people trying to learn the language that I'm so familiar with just as it would be for a fluent german speaker sitting in my german class :P .

Negatives: extremely hard to be in a relationship, compulsive behaviour such as ocd, drinking problems, drug abuse, gambling or excessive spending, suicide. Positives: Most creative, talented, intelligent people you will ever meet, extremely good at displaying empathy, very protective of their loved ones, higher chances of being wealthy than normal people due to creativity and the love of money. What else do you want to know? I know the ins, outs, upside downs and inside outs of the disorder. wow...Is this a diagnosable disorder? Like could I ask my doctor about it and be tested to see if I have it somehow? I'm really thinking that I do... :shock:

thats really neat, we'll never see it in RS though. One of the really appealing qualities of the game is that you can play it from anywhere, and on a small screen that is java based, and can run on slow computers. I think that if it was changed to this and full screen that a lot of people would move to other games because: 1.) they cant run the game 2.) they think WOW, GW, etc. are better but they liked this feature of the game. its a nice concept but we most likely will never see it happen.

This is obviously about one girl, this guy has a crush. Not all girls are like this, you could say any one of those things about some guy as well. Everything you said is a generalization and/or stereotype. It's not ALL women, but some, sure. I have a feeling this guy just wrote this in the "heat of passion" I guess I should call it :lol: (can't think of anything better). It just sounds like something someone would right if they had a high school crush or something.

no, I went 2 years ago and this year the only 2 bands playing were Norma Jean and Killswitch Engage, those were the only 2 I wanted to see. On top of that the sets are way too short to pay that much to see 2 bands so I didn't go, hopefully next year will have more, better bands.

What about other types of metal besides death? I can't really help you much beyond the Metal genre but give me a sub genre of Metal and I can direct you in the right way possibly. Basically you should tell us what type of music you guys are interested in playing so we can help more.

I agree. I'm going to become a rapper some day, easiest job in the world. All you gotta do is make up a catchy beat with lots of bass so it sounds good(and annoys people around you) on your car stereo and put some repetitive catchy lyrics that make no sense to it and I'll make a million dollars! I'm set for life :D . I could retire after 1-2 of these songs. Not ALL rap is like this, but all the mainstream stuff that sells is! so I'll sell out :P

to be perfectly honest it's doing alot more good than it is harm. It gives people in poor countries jobs and money to support themselves that they may not otherwise be able to get. Autoers are not a COMPLETE menace like we think they are, put you're self in their shoes.

I've got stone sours latest album and saw them live at family values last year. They are a reasonable band but they're albums never seem to stick with me. I listen to them for about a week or 2 and then usually put the album away somewhere.

Hehe, I plan on getting those exact same shoes :o Would they be good for tennis, etc.? not at all, they are casual wear shoes, I only wear them when its nice out (trying to keep them as white as I can for as long as I can) and they wouldn't be comfortable to wear for extremely long periods of time. I recommend getting a shoe made for the sport if you need something for tennis but if you're looking for something that looks nice than go ahead :D

I recommend watching their DVD. Every song on it actually sounded better than the album versions :shock: . It's very amazing, you can find it on youtube if you dont own it, just search "killswitch engage dvd". The only other bands I know that can do a show like that are Opeth and Korn (meaning they can sound better live).

I wish I could convince the drummer in my just-for-fun band to get a double kick pedal -.- . He keeps saying he will but he never does and thats my favorite aspect of the drums, they add so much depth and power to any rock song.

I've never been a huge fan of the Offspring but I've heard plenty of them. When I was younger I use to have a friend who was obsessed with the band so I've probably heard all of there songs about 100 times each (I still couldn't name any of them though). They are a decent band but not so much my thing. Also saw them live at Warped like 2 years ago, I wasn't paying close attention to it though.
