All around tif, whenever a subject involves F2P players, it has the chance of turning into an all out flame war. One side argues that F2P players are scum and freeloaders that whine incessantly and demand that Jagex gives them the updates that they feel they deserve. One side argues that the other side is rude and demeaning to F2P players and that they are generalized and victimized. How do you feel about the treatment of F2P players on this forum. Are you with one side or the other?

He asked why people disliked F2P players. You don't have to generalize and trash talk f2p players to answer the question. You completely twisted what he said. I guess there are valid reasons why some f2p players are disliked, but most of the reasons seem to pertain to the younger more immature players who are typically low leveled.

Because it's true. What's with all the f2p *crybabies* such as yourself thinking they're entitled to whatever they want, without actually paying for the game? Okay, that was totally uncalled for. Very few people think they are entitled to whatever they want and entitled to mass amounts of updates. There is a difference between politely asking for an update and stating they are entitled to it and demanding the update. Maybe you should try looking at the differences. You act like every suggestion for any update that includes F2P players is a demand for it. F2P players get that they won't get many updates because they don't pay. I personally accepted that from day 1, and It's rather rude and unnecessary when people generalize us as f2p crybabies that think they are entitled to everything they want. The "one less big mac..." "stop eating at McDonalds everyday to get ... fatty" clichés are actually rather amusing. I for one, haven't eaten at McDonalds for 3 years because I have better uses for my money. I think this would be the same for quite a number of the people. I have played quite a few RPG's where there were F2P/P2P versions and Runescape is the first one where I have encountered such intolerance and animosity towards free players.

Because it would be a great way to get people hooked into the game. Besides, they have already said the HD would be F2P, so why the hell are you still arguing that it won't be f2p qelt?

It's probably easier for CS to deal with all the feedback if it is a smaller audience. Great way to do that is have it only members. You have a lot less people, a lot less lag, and a lot less confusion. Plus the side benefit of a few people switching.

I didn't see an image until I switched to an IE tab I would ditch the black outline on the table, and maybe try the 2:1 ratio.

There is no combat requirement for owning a rare. I personally know a level 30 with a green partyhat and 3 blue masks and a red. They could have been playing when they were released or were skilled merchanters or skillers.

Well, it was pretty inconvenient for this to happen. I will personally miss the 3 rock spot there. It was the only one in the free game.

Update the guide. After the December/January wilderness changes, 2/3 of your guide is void. Include GE merchanting and just get rid of BH. Bounty Hunter isn't that much of a moneymaker in my opinion. Add soft clay making, air assistance, air assistance + newts and newts alone.

What...? "runescript" 1. runescript is an IRC stats bot that is owned by spling and run by a few others, such as Micksam7 and Cruiser. It's main aim is to lookup highscores for people who play Runescape I am pretty sure runescript is also a form of scripting languages that Jagex uses. I remember reading they made their own scripting language inside of Java for better use of the game engine.

I think the mouth is just a bit too blocky. Everything else is rounded and the mouth is just has these straight lines.

There are been solutions to this problem posted on this board way too many times. Also, try looking at the RSOF, the P2P players have screwed it up enough themselves. Adding all of the F2P world probably wouldn't help. I agree with you the forums won't be opened up to all F2P players simply because of lack of server space. If the requirements on F2P were to have over 1k total level, over 50 hours of playing time, under 2 blackmarks, but they blackmarks have to be x years old, y years of playing time and maybe a system for granting forum privileges similar to player moderator nominations. If the responsible F2P players are screened and allowed to use the forums, perhaps the overall quality could help rather than just paying $5 for a membership which isn't much of a screen.
