  1. Hell, I'm sure other people have told you this, but simply try to see if the same situation arises in Firefox...
  2. Hit Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, then click Volume Control. Make sure that it isn't muted there. Then, try to see if sounds from other things work, if not, check your cables. Also, try to reboot your computer.
  3. Quite simply, Jagex should go to hell with the weekly updates... That's right, just dump the crappy, weekly, updates because they simply are full of crap! C'mon, who in their right mind wants to have two quests a month that each last around half an hour, that build nothing onto the existing plot and storyline? Jagex should only occasionally release updates, in terms of maybe biweekly, or even every three weeks, and have each update well thought out, and great in terms of quality. Most of our recent updates have been pathetic, since Jagex continues to release weekly updates, and fails to realize that Quality>Quantity. And until they do so, this game will continue on a downward spiral.
  4. You could have a bunch of unnecessary background processes running, try typing "msconfig" in the Run menu in the Start menu. Click the Startup Tab, then google each of the proccesses that appear. If it is unnecessary, then uncheck the box next to it. If you don't know what a particular process is, LEAVE IT CHECKED, or else your computer will be screwed. Once you do this, hit OK, then reboot. If this doesn't help, then just use the ALT+TAB combo to switch between windows.
  5. Cosmic... It's just so... mesmerizing =P~
  6. What the hell are you talking about? If it's single player, how do people get the items they need? Surely it's not through killing Abby Demons for their own Abyssal Whip?
  7. Snakes and monkeys in Musa Point, near the volcano.
  8. The Makeover Mage.. C'mon... who the hell would wanna be a trans-gender frog if his magic failed?
  9. CAPTCHA is the only thing that would work... but unfortunately, Jagex is blind to the bot problem when they have 500,000 accounts made by 8-year olds, which all generate income for them. Quite simply, Jagex could care less about the bot problem because they have to make sure the little 8-year olds can still sign up, because reading, comprehending, and re-typing the 5 letter verification code from the CAPTCHA system is simply too difficult for the idiotic 8-year olds that have overrun this game.
  10. All I can say is blame the idiot who fell for it... I usually have no pity for people who get lured/scammed... It's their fault that they were gullible enough to fall for it in the first place... Honestly, who the hell in their right mind would believe "Follow me into Tzhaar with 2hp and a Karamjan Rum, and you'll get fifty million coins?" C'mon, this game has been babied for the little 7-year olds that play- which is the one reason I only sign on once in a blue moon....
  11. Try updating your Java, clear your internet browser's cache, and reboot your computer, along with resetting your internet connection.
  12. Worst- Varrock and Edgeville Wilderness. Way too many idiots! :-w Best: Nowhere! :ohnoes:
  13. Boring :boohoo: W00t: 100 posts!!!!!!!
  14. What is the PIN number and account number of your bank account, along with all of your financial holdings?
  15. It's the fact that it is a society that has screwed this game- The loyal patrons do not want to accept the newer, less mature players into society- and that creates problems. The fact is that newer players simply need to get their act together before World War 3 breaks out \
  16. They will never release wilderness tag :wall:
  17. Simply put, the entire level crap wouldn't work... It seems far to complicated to meet Java specifications. The simplest option would be to release armor boosting hitpoints, along with prayers and potions that temporarily immunize your character from certain attacks, such as stab, or slash. However, the catch is that the prayer and potion each provide only 40% protection, so in order to be 80% immune to those type of attacks, you'd need both. This would also enable players a chance to deal damage to these people, or the defense tanks of RSC would roam the wilderness once more... :ohnoes:
  18. Can't wait for clan chat, or even the player updates (sadly they're the only ones that directly affect me) :wall:
  19. Funny thing is... Every time I imagine something crawling on me, I feel the urge to scratch off the tingling sensation that spontaneously occurs on that region...
  20. :ohnoes: Family Guy
  21. 8.5/10 : Good thing I remember you!
  22. Uses a reflective barrier to reflect the rock to someone else.
  23. Unfortunately, the genie granting wishes calls a bolt of lightning to strike your precise location. I wish the next poster cannot corrupt my wish.
  24. Sounds great! However, the feasibility seems low, since it would require massive storage space on servers, therefore, Jagex would need to implement a way to raise money to combat the server costs... Otherwise, it seems great.
