  1. Never been in one more major than backing up into another car. But almost was in a large one. One day I was in a small car on the left lane of an interstate highway. A gigantic semi truck was to the right of us when it decided to change lanes. No choice but to go to the left off of the highway lanes (but still on pavement), or get slammed by the semi. My dad got a ticket but went to court and got the ticket invoid.

I havent gotten one of those since windows 98 :uhh: Last time I got one my hardware shorted out. I also got one when I accidentally installed a game to "system". And I thought losing connection is bad...
  3. You mean UV colours? I doubt that. Wikipedia article on them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gray_alien

    I HATE these:
  5. I second that! It will be a godsend next time I want to change my avatar, 8KB would make a big difference.
  6. Last I checked you can import your FF bookmarks to Opera without losing the bookmarks in FF. Sort of like copying and pasting your FF bookmarks to Opera. Go to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks Right click any folder and click File > Import Netscape/Firefox bookmarks.

    Rock beats scissors.
  8. Not quite. Squirrels aren't from outer space, but might be advanced enough to go out there. Joke of the day!! :P I'm being serious. Grays to me are probably the most believable type of alien. They look like the stereotypical alien but are gray. Then there's reptilian aliens - think of the aliens from the V series. Then there's less believable and disproven ones like Venusians, Saturnians and - yes, squirrels.
  9. Nice pictures everyone, it was too cloudy here and I was out of the eclipse range.
  10. No digg. For it to be RS you'd have to make it from RuneScript java, or it won't be the same - just another dungeon and dragons.
  11. 7/10 I don't know much about doom 3 but looks good. Mine is teh geekiness now.
  12. Yes, red pirate leggings.

Syntax errors are my biggest pet peeve. Botters are my biggest pet peeve. Pro-squirrel posts are another pet peeve.
  14. 8/10 great animation.
  15. Not quite. Squirrels aren't from outer space, but might be advanced enough to go out there.
  16. With me it's from modding computer games and what you said above. I usually only mod RTW and it's a pain if you screw up or forget to backup and have to reinstall (it takes hours on this comp). And CA (Creative Assembly) encourages modifying of Rome Total War, as long as you don't sell it!
  17. One of my parents is at the neighbor's reinstalling Windows because they got a virus on their computer again. This supports what I said earlier.
  18. All known alien races have almost never been hostile. And these are Grays, Reptiloids, and extremely far-fetched ones like Nordics and Venusians and Saturnians.
  19. VC is just a little area in Rome that has a few buildings that is the center of Catholicism. I don't know why it's called a sovereign country. I don't just have a 1965 atlas, I got newer ones, but not as recent as that.
  20. You really mean never? Never. And Russia is a dangerous place. My friend is adopting a child who's parents were literally shot for their shoes. In Moscow, in a not bad neighborhood. The thugs were shaking down people coming out of a theater (they were tux shoes). The father was a cop and tried to draw his gun, and was gunned down. It's things like that that make me think: "Would the Russians be better off if the USSR never collapsed?"
  21. wise words.well for me it would be the US for bovious reasons war, food, ingnorance of many on the rest of the world.Oh wait!im already here :boohoo: Really, it's not that bad at all.
  22. Same here... :(

And that's why I talked about time travel being possible for an infinitely advanced civilization, one that's only restrained by the laws of physics. Obviously we are absolutely nowhere near that kind of advancement yet. Probably a Civ on the Type III or Type IV: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_III_Civilization @knives - Don't we all? :)
