I'm loving this update. For those who don't normally play with sounds on, you should turn them on just once for this update. They really nailed sound effects for the game, and Ghasts actually sound a bit terrifying! Snakes have beautiful movement, not the clunky sliding that they used to have. Basically everything that was the hallmark of early gameplay design of RS2 was banished in a haze of awesome. If this is the sort of 'gameplay improvement' updates they have planned for the future, I definitely would not mind something like that at all. Granted this update had an awful lot of new content as well...eheh. Trees are diverse! Familiars in the GE! Interesting minigames! Bugfixes! Hoo-[bleep]ing-rah. One thing I do not get with all this redesigning is their obsession with fog. Needs a lighter hand on that fog use ;) EDIT: Any tips on levelling up Smidi?

So it must've been 25.8 all along, but because the flail was released before the LP expansion, it was just assumed to be 250 I'm guessing when the entries were converted. That's a really good catch :D

Not so much a correction but a suggestion. Step 14 of the quest leaps straight into an example of how to complete the puzzle. And it's a good example but the interface isn't explained at all. It doesn't follow the normal order of most guides, or what a reader would expect. It can actually trip up the casual reader into thinking they'll need the coins listed in the example to solve their puzzle. This can be cleared up in many ways, I'm sure. But what I was expecting, having used a lot of Tip.it's guides for my questing needs, was a brief explanation of the interface, an example for those who don't want the answers, and then the list of possible combinations. Adding an explanation of how the coin's intensity value is calculated would be helpful for the listed example, because it's not exactly clear how to start combining coins...but I don't know how that works (without checking a 3rd party source) :$

Not a correction, just a note: A Dwarven Army Axe can be used to save an inventory space, as it can be used as a chisel and pickaxe. And a coal bag can be used to hold multiple coal. These two things might be useful to anyone hoping to make multiple elemental bars throughout the course of the quest, because inventory space gets tight if you do unless you make multiple trips.

Absolutely true. If a Jewish person wants to live in Palestine, for whatever reason, fine. But to live in Israel in its current incarnation is support for Zionism because you pay taxes and probably fight on behalf of a fanatical Zionist state. The only difference between Sayyid Qutb and Theodor Herzl is that our countries supported the latter, while the former was executed. Otherwise, both were religious fanatics driven to their conclusions by unfortunate circumstance. So then everyone should leave until a leader you admit is a little fanatical and probably a little insane decides to randomly see reason and go, "Hey, you know, maybe I should just tone it down a notch". You let me know how that works out. Until then, maybe you can realize that the way you're facing such a situation isn't realistic.

I'm confused about your video link, they had that promotional vid up for a few weeks now, and those are the DGing heroes aren't they? As for the legends guild, haven't gone yet. Now I'm excited! :3 EDIT: Oooh, I see what you mean! The dging fellows are in the legends guild. Weeeird. Hahahah, "An icyene? Did you see her? Was she hot?" "Not all icyene are female, Ozan." "Was he hot?" There's quite a bit of interesting dialog here, most notably when Xenia laments over the fact that the Guilds didn't live up to their original purpose, and that she hopes if something truly threatening comes along that there would be enough heroes to stand against it. Now, is she talking about the RotM, or something else? :3 Ariana also hints towards another quest (possibly) explaining how the events of Rune Mysteries played out, suggesting that there might have been another force helping humans gain access to the Essence mines again. Overall I'm not entirely sure if this is leading to a new grandmaster quest, but definitely laying out teasers for quests to come.

There isn't a single employee working at Jagex, you know :P They do have multiple projects running simultaneously, and whose to say that they might not be working on stopping bots as we speak? .... Yeah, okay, they probably aren't. But let me dream.
