Not the most complete guide, since it doesn't include Urns, ashes, ectoing, using bones vs ashes to save grinding, etc. Overall it just sort of provides a lot of common sense stuff. People are interested in training methods, exp/hr, pros and cons, cost, etc. They don't really need to know how to click or what to do while waiting for your bones to finish altar-ing. Needs some work, but good starting point :)

...You're citing something that happened in 1845 as a reason to blame an entire country as being antisemitic? It was banned and then a month after the guy who forced it through died, repealed. Just as there are people who might be antisemitic in power in Norway, there are many who aren't, even officials. Just as I'm sure that there are people in Israel who object to the treatment of Palestinians as there are some who encourage it. I can't pretend to understand what sort of hardships you must endure as being a proud Israeli citizen, considering the muddled public view of the conflict there. But I think that, as an intelligent individual like yourself, you have the sense to understand that some stupid politicians don't always represent the entirety of your people.

Don't think anyone is thinking "Oh boy an area that I have all to my little character" when they think of instances. Lots of MMORPGs have group quests and things like that, which has been strongly desired for a long time. Bosses too. And this would be, or can be interpreted as, the first step to that next level of gameplay. And who knows if it is or not? I can't remember anywhere saying that they're absolutely not doing things like that, so it's still perfectly reasonable to speculate.

It's funny that this statement can be flipped around to say something similar: Just saying that maybe you should take what you're saying to heart and be a little more open minded. I understand Israel faces a lot of heat over this issue, but I wouldn't think it's helping the cause to be hypocritical and close minded.

There is absolutely nothing ridiculous about it. Zionism, the philosophy upon which Israel was founded, is a radical interpretation of Judaism and the rights of the Jewish people in much the same way that Qutbism or Islamic fundamentalism is with regards to Islam. Are you talking about war or terrorist attacks? Either or. Although if you're being occupied that qualifies as a war. Terrorism is primarily focused on civilians and most of the Palestinian terrorist attacks have been against civilians, so I don't think you mean 'either or' :P

This. There's an enormous difference between resistance against an occupying force and unprovoked slaughter of innocents. Now, you can make a debate as to whether or not israel has a legitimate reason for occupation - but it is occupation. No if's, and's or but's about it. Terrorism kills random people and intended targets alike. Palestinian terrorists have killed innocent Israeli, and Israeli military have killed innocent Palestinians. None of these are acceptable. Understandable to some degree? Yes. But never, never acceptable.

Are legitimacy and moral justification the same thing in this case? They don't really seem like they are. But I will say, one scenario is slightly more understandable than a psychopath flying off the handle. Not saying the ends justify the means, but...

The cash you would gain for it is not worth the extra expense of banking with the yak if it's slowing down your exp, strictly speaking, because you can make money faster than you would've gained otherwise.

It's not as taxing on the videocard as it is the CPU. A person without a gfx card and instead an integrated video can still play minecraft comfortably on medium to medium-low settings. Depending on how good your CPU is, you might experience a bit of trouble. But a dual core 2.2 ghz with 4gb ram can play minecraft. My mobo doesn't have integrated graphics, unfortunately. So you're still using your old video card then?
