Where's SaidinWoT? Weekly Tracking Reports
You made 11k nats today...? Amazing. Congratulations again on 3.2. =) Given the amount of exp per hour you can get soloing nats, 100k in a day is really quite amazing. 85 by Wednesday!

Why do you use tip. it?
The forums? Well, there's just something about the community here that's just so much nicer, so much more welcoming, and so much more fun than that of other fansites. Everyone here is relaxed, and ready to enjoy themselves. As to the fansite itself, to be completely honest, it's difficult to stay away. The fansite in itself is, without any doubt, the highest quality fansite that's out there right now, with a user-friendly layout and an absolutely massive amount of information. Anything you need to know can be found on Tip.It.

Most Respected 99?
RuneCrafting and Slayer, no contest. RC for the simple fact that, even though you can buy your way through (Which is over 120M from 60) using FFL, even then it is some of the slowest exp in the game. Slayer, simply put, is a pain in the rear. With the amazingly low amount of exp per hour that you get slaying, 99 Slayer is a real feat.

Tip.it's Stance on Luring (with Jagex's official stance)
This is quite a controversial issue, and I applaud TIF on taking a stance. Now, you may argue they are given a warning screen. You may argue that it's only a game. And yet, does this make it ethical? Let's think about it earnestly here. By luring a seller into the wilderness, you are lying to someone, taking from them their items that they honestly are just trying to sell, and then (usually) laughing at them/gloating about it on the forums. By Jagex's definition, this is scamming; it is decieving another player for your own personal benefit. In a case of ethics, we can see that this is, obviously, an unethical thing to do. And yet, it is true; ethics are not absolute laws. I am not denying to the reader that ethics do not have to be followed. But would you want someone treating you this way? Would you want someone spending their time actively trying to lie to you so that they can flaunt around newfound pixels that they've stolen from you? Finally, the last, and least backed-up arguement: It's only a game. Yes. It is a game. But it is not only a game. Every pixel you steal by scamming someone, every fake unit that is transferred, is a manifestation of that person's time. These pixels represent the time that person has toiled away at this game, and by scamming someone of them, you are robbing this person of their time, their boring work put into this game. You all arguing against me are right. There's no law against it, and no one is stopping you. Yet please, think of the person behind the other monitor. Think of their emotion as you steal hours of their life from them. Just because no one can see your face on the internet doesn't justify doing this to real people. ^ My two cents on this subject. I dunno, I may be wrong, but I sure as hell have a pretty good argument going, if I do say so myself.

Where's SaidinWoT? Weekly Tracking Reports
Best blog on Tip, to be honest. No contest. Keep it up, Saidin. =) 91 by May seems doable, and absolutely amazing. You of all people will be able to do it. Solo nats all the way!

Purchasable skills
Well, to be honest, it's not even a possible suggestion. The introduction of buyable exp would throw out the window the basis of the skills. Let's think about it here. The majority of the skills (sans those which require materials to be bought, such as construction) require two things: detirmination, and a lot of time. Because of this, those who attain the highest levels in the skills have proven themselves to be both detirmined, and have had a lot of time on their hands in the past, and because they held through, they are rewarded with the ability to obtain those objects that come only to the masters in the skills. With buyable exp, this entire system would be flipped over. The people who would be attaining 99s in skills would not be those who were detirmined and hard working, but rather those who were willing to spend the most money. RuneScape would no longer be a game where the people who work the hardest are rewarded the most, but where the people who have the most money are rewarded the most. What basis is that for an MMO? Not to mention that eBay sales on GP would be through the roof.

Reasoning behind Low-Level Skillers
Alright. Now bear with me, I'm going to try and provide both sides here. After reviewing the statements of a few level 3/very low level skillers from an outsider's perspective, I've gathered that the majority of them say that they have a skiller for one of two reasons: 1. Because they were tired of their main/lost their main and wanted to try something new, or 2. Because they saw that people are amazed by level 3's with high stats, or, simply put, for the shock value. Because I have less of an opinion on 1, I'll give it bluntly now. Those who make skillers because they're bored of their main are being rediculous - we can infer that they're bored of their main because either their levels are coming too slowly with the mounting amount of exp difference per level, or they think that there's nothing left to do on their main (which is closely tied to our first conclusion, so I'll talk about that). Obviously, after they have fun for a week or two and start getting to the levels that their main had, they'll realize that what they're doing now is just what they were doing on their main, except now they can't enjoy combat. Usually this results in giving up the skiller. I won't touch upon the second half of reason one, as if that's the case, to be honest, a level 3 skiller is a good idea. Since you'll be devoting your time to it, it'll be like a main, except a different experience than what playing on your main was. On to my views on reason 2. Now, granted, it is true that when the first level 3 skillers started getting some attention (Teh Unseen, Zzzamorak, etc.), everyone was amazed. People thought it was incredible. So naturally, what would the response be? Many, many more level 3 skillers. This is embodied by the community at RSC (That's RS Community, not RS Classic, so if I refer to it again in the post it'll mean the same thing). I don't know how many of you visit those boards regularly, but if you've seen the Achievements/Goals board (the equivalent of our "Rate This!" section), you'd know that one thing sticks out above all: There are, and have been in the past, tons of level 3 skillers. Level three skillers were, for a period of time that was still going on amazingly recently, a huge fad. Everyone on RSC had a level 3 skiller, the vast majority of them for reason 2 that was listed above. And what's the natural reaction to a huge [bleep]e in level 3 skillers? Skillers losing their shock value. There are so many of them now, that really (especially for me), they've lost a whole lot of that shock value - the only people that are really impressed by it anymore are real newbs. So why make them? My natural conclusion was that, if the initial motivation was because of reason 2, people still think that everyone else thinks their skiller is amazing. This might not be the case, but it still stands that if people think their character is amazing to everyone else, and recieve positive reactions from those people to whom it is a shock, they'll continue to make them. A level three skiller is an interesting idea, but when it comes down to it, as I see it, they're not but a waste of time (unless, of course, you've lost your main due to hacking/banning and want a new experience). Skilling on your main is far superior, as you can also enjoy combat (which is highly needed in RS: combat is one of the few things that isn't tedious, or repetitive), and the various other perks that come with your main (clans, pking, staking, minigames with your friends, etc.) Interesting discussion. I honestly love this new board - it's exactly what I needed. (Chess4massive-post-writer)

Funniest Thing to Leave a Lurer?
Leave them in lumbridge. The best method is to kill them. Not too difficult, seeing as they're usually in ghostly/mystic, and totally not expecting anything. Many are on ancients, so that they can blitz/spec combo, so bringing an ecto leaves you safe and sound. If I don't feel like risking anything at all, I'll go with one coin and a DDS.

What are your outfits?
Swap out cooking gaunts for void gloves. Much love to Mirrorforced for the inspiration, my sister for the very hot scarf, and Saidin for the quite awe-inspiring santa. <33

Mirror's Blog <3 ~ Closed!
Come back to p2p Mirror. Honestly, you without your mask is the saddest sight I've seen in a while. Congratulations on the latest pk, and good luck with your goals! :)

Emote plz
Simple solution: charge 10k per view of your emote. Honestly. Those who don't want to pay will walk off, and those who are desperate will pay. What have you got to lose?

My Goals(99 fletching! done!)
*Shudders* wow, crafting... one of my least favorite skills. I have no idea how you can stand those long hours making bowstrings. Good luck with your goals. I can't wait to see you acheive them!

Run button isnt as bad as everyone thinks
I love the new run button, and everything in the new interface. The spriting, compared to Jagex's old standards, is absolutely beautfiul, and it's very visual oriented, allowing foreign people and new players an easier playing experience. It's also very stylish looking, which will keep newer players playing. The viewing your character up close tool is also great, but it can get annoying when you just want to pop down and look at your equipment stats. I assume I'll get used to it soon. All in all, it was a fabulous new addition.

**Huge Drop Party** [Over] Post what you got!!
Are you serious? It's mine too! =) It's my birthday too, which will kind of stink, because it means that I most probably won't be able to make it. However, I wish you an early "good luck", and have fun IRL.

What items that you own are you most proud of?
Either my flippers, or my Void robes. Both took me quite an annoying bit of time to obtain, so I proudly wear them almost everywhere.

It's Raining Dhides.. and friends FTW!!! (ALREADY ON SODB)
Touching story. It's true, RS players have become very focused on obtaining pixels and such... we need to slow down and remember why this game is so fun; because of the friends.

~My Race To Green Mask~done!
Ooh, man, you're so close! Keep fighting, you've almost got it. =) I'm surprised -- many people prefer santas. I, however, prefer the stark, aggressive look of the Monster Maskus. ;-) Good luck!

Stick der chompies and eats dem up, goal for 4k chompies (g)
Heeeeeey Braniac. =) Good luck with those goals... especiallly that chompie one. That should give you some trouble. I wonder if Lep gives out advice? As for the gold CW armor, I'm working towards that myself. Maybe we should CW together sometime? I look forward to seeing you achieve those goals. =)

Analysis of the Mage Training Arena
Letting this thread die would be doing a disservice to the Tip.It community. If you still feel like working on the guide, you could add tips for how to most efficiently do each of the four arenas. Only if you're still willing to put more work into it, though. Every day I come to appreciate this great guide more and more. Thanks again for creating it, Duck.

Your 10 Day "Aim"
First off, have fun in Ibiza Valor! :) I hope the weather will be nice. I plan on getting a Mage's book from Mage Training arena. An easy feat, because I already have just about all of the points needed. Now, if I do that within the next five days (I'm giving myself a large amount of time, due to the unpredictability of homework. :? ), my new goal for the next five days will be to merchant 4m into 9m, enough for the Guthans needed for my fire cape.

Biggest mistake in runescape?
Ah, regrets... I don't have any real regrets, as I'm very happy in the position I am in now. I guess some things could have gone differently, but I'm afraid if it had, something would be different. I guess the only thing I truely regret is wasting so much time on range, only to realize 9 months into it that range actually sucks.
