When using a longbow, try using rapid when shooting. This gives the most xp in the fastest way.

That depends very much on your runecrafting lvl. Post it and people will get alot easier to help you.

I would recommend the barbarians in Barbarian village.

Set a goal to yourself, for example 5k rune essences. Than start to runecraft them, and when you're ready, set a new goal. And go for it. Repeat until you're happy with your Runecrafting lvl.
