Crash - a little disappointment after all the buildup friends made . not that it was bad,but i found it quite prediactable, (after about 10 minutes you know where you're heading)and too "by-the-book", like their was no real passion behind this movie.3/5. Little Miss Sunshine - after watching some "important" movies this sweet little movie was quite a refreshment.nice one.

Beaufort - Israeli platoon tring to survive the last days of Israeli presence on lebanese land. Based on real events. The director (who won the silver bear for best director for this movie) made a smart decision by excluding the politics out of the equation, hence,this is not a movie about Israel-Hizbullah conflict but about group of people(well..kids is a more suitable word) trying to survive as sittings ducks to invisible (you wont see a single muslim beard in this movie) enemy attacks. i thought that the director did quite an impressing job ,first by a building a location which looks almost as the original. second by passing the fear the isolation and the nowhere-to-hide feeling quite effectivly. As impressive as this movie is i thought that something was still missing,that little thing that makes good movies masterpieces,cant put my finger on what it is though more "strong" scenes :-k more action, the music? maybe, or maybe as in israeli i am too familier with this reality to be realy amazed. 4/5

I am expanding it a bit (not a movie but a TV serie) ,probably the most powerful scene i've seen this year. Six feet Under - Last (and final)episode,the enclosing scene. even the toughests men struggled hard to keep their eyes dry.. thx, didn't know that, havn't seen "Potemkin" yet (its on my must-see list for some time now.. ) but i guess you are talking about this scene :wink:

i totaly agree with you regarding the spiritual rangers,simply worthless. However regarding the Spiritual Warriors i think you were a bit harsh. On friday i had a 140 bloodveld task and decided to take them in the GWD instead of the tower. i ended this task with 3 d boots from the mages and 2 clues(lvl 3,200k each) from the warriors. I also got 2 rune kites and a 140k cash (hi-alch mostly from the warriors). took me 3 hours to finish this task :D Anyway,the fact that this is NPC vs NPC environment makes them quite an easy task. Right in the center near the rope there are 2 warriors that most of time keep themself busy with the Gorak which respawns near. Just back-stab them and you hardly need to pray or eat. One drawback (need to verify it), for some of the kills you'll not get the slayer xp. they drop clues,rune kites and hallies,and some other nice hi-alch stuff. I am not planning to burthrope these guys in the near future...
