Curved bone, long bong, chewed bone
The trade-in thing is just for Curved and Long bones, which give 2250 and 1500 construction XP respectively. Chewed bones have to do with pyre ships.

Primal rapier with Tactician?
Because Zephy mentioned it, and it will most likely be in game eventually. Doesn't hurt to be prepared for the future :P

Primal rapier with Tactician?
Yeah, this is actually a pretty valid point - the rapier only has a stab attack as far as accurate styles go, so you'd lose out against monsters with a weakness to slash. And between monsters weak to stab or weak to crush, I'm unsure if hitting more or hitting harder will end up superior - can't help out there I'm afraid. And as Sonikku said, slash + crush is generally the better combo anyway. I'm also unsure on how the % to hit is added. Say, you have 80% chance to hit without Tactician. Say you have rank 5, so activating it would increase your chance to hit by 15%. Do you end up with 95% to hit (add +15%), with 92% to hit (80% * 1.15) or perhaps even with a measly 83% (20% miss chance reduced by 15%)? As for the comparison with Primal Longsword, I'm unsure. Comparing it with Chaotic weaponry, the Rapier is seen as a better general purpose weapon despite its -19 Strength and -30 attack stats (comparing the best attack stat for each weapon). That said, the difference mustn't be particularly huge, given the huge size of the rapier vs longsword thread on general discussion. Between their Primal counterparts, the Rapier loses -25 Strength and -37 attack (against comparing best attack stats). This might just tip things in favour of the Primal longsword.

Clue scrolls
Indeed. Previously, every Clue scroll was simply called just that, Clue scroll. As such we only have only one items database entry for it. The difference between the 'levels' of clue scrolls was explained in here. We've been hard at work replacing occurrences of 'level 3 clue scroll' and the like with 'Clue scroll (hard)', so don't worry about that. As for the items database, we're still discussing if we should create separate entries for the four different types of Clue scrolls, or just leave it as it is right now. If anyone could post confirmation on the actual name of a level 2 clue scroll that'd be great. The name 'Clue scroll (medium)' would make sense, but RS Wiki has it listed as 'Clue scroll (harder)', and 'Clue scroll (med)' as posted by the OP would also make sense. Edit: it's 'Clue scroll (medium)' for the level 2 variant.

Good thinking. Can't argue with the adventurer's log :) I'll go ahead and change it. You will be credited, of course.

Max ranged hit calc with rigour
Hey, thanks for your submission :) I'm not really familiar with the additions to ranged of the last few years, so just to verify if I'm doing it right - you're using dragon arrows, using the dark bow's special attack, with Rigour enabled, and using either regular or extreme ranged potions? If so, the calculator definitely seems to be a bit too conservative with regards to the numbers it's giving. Since Jagex hasn't given out any official max hit formulas the calculator is making educated guesses at best, so I can't promise that I can fix it to be 100% accurate. Regardless, I'll go over the code and see if anything seems to be iffy. Edit: the calculator did use the wrong formulas to determine the boost provided by potions. I've fixed this, and as a result, the new max hit is even lower. Lol. It might be possible that the dark bow spec (which adds 50% damage) and the void set bonus (which adds 20%) are multiplicative instead of additive. If they are additive, they will simply combine to add 100+50+20 = 170% damage. Should they be multiplicative, they will combine for a total of (100 * 1.5) * 1.2 = 180% damage. I've changed to calculator to use multiplicative bonuses. New maximum hits are 517 with regular pots and 559 with extremes. Seems a bit on the high side, but it might be possible that you just didn't hit your maximums yet.

chaos dwarfs dont drop effigy's to f2p, but it wont let me correct it
Hmm, that's odd. It seems as if the system doesn't see any changes you make to the F2P drop field. I'll poke a techy on that. In the meantime, I've patched up the entry. You've been credited, of course :)

Good bunch of artwork and man, that TD has definitely earned the title 'tormented' :P

29-Sep-2010 - Guaranteed Content Poll: Dragon Scimitar Redesign
Hehe, yeah, that's what I thought too. For what it's worth, I do like option B best. And since they've apparently already made all the models (seeing as they're in the image), voting for the old model to save them work clearly won't do much good :P

A few questions
You know you want that Value Added Package. If you are interested in serious video/picture editing, you'll want a strong CPU and a sufficient amount of RAM. Other things are of lesser importance, although if you're into gaming you'll find that buying even a low end NVidia or Ati card is a significant improvement over the onboard graphics accelerator. The laptop I'm using right now, an IBM ThinkPad, is 6.5 years old. It broke down within the first month of actual usage due to a manufacturing error that plagued many first-year students; other than that I've had no problems with it whatsoever. As it is now, the monitor is showing slight signs of deterioration (which is due to me not being particularly careful with how I carry it around), everything else is still in tip-top shape. So there are laptops that last :P

Internet Explorer 9
Eh, that Asteroid Belt thing runs at 1 FPS both on my home PC and my laptop, using Chrome (6.0.472). Considering that my home PC is significantly faster, something seems iffy. I actually upgraded to Chrome on this laptop because some particulary script-heavy features of Wowhead.com were slow as heck on my laptop using IE8, with seconds worth of delay after each click. It performed a lot better in Chrome, and after a while I kinda got used to Chrome's features and switched to it on my home PC as well. Seeing as IE9 doesn't seem to offer any noteworthy features of Chrome (I have little interest in using my browser to render an asteroid belt using Javascript...), I'll stick with it for the time being. I just hope that IE9's rendering won't introduce any new compatibility headaches.

Whats currently a good Antivirus program?
I'm really fond of Avast. It can be configured to shut up and not bother me unless it really needs to. It's not causing any memory issues on this laptop with a whopping .75 GB of memory, so I don't see why that'd be an issue, unless you're one of those OCD types who just can't stand memory being wasted :P I used AVG prior to this, but after a major version upgrade it started having some random technical issues where it'd just explode and no longer function, requiring a reinstall. And with the old version no longer getting definitions updates, that wasn't really going anywhere... I haven't used MS Security Essentials yet, but if it's anything like the old MS Anti-spyware of old it's probably worth checking out. I'll probably check it out after Avast goes through the update-that-shouldn't-have-been :P

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
Not really, they're just fish. It's perfectly normal not to be as attached to them and to not value them as much as you would with creatures that have more in common with humans. As an alternative, can't you give them away to somebody who would like to have some pet fish? Then again, the fish'd probably stress out and die  Confessions? Eh, I too pee in the shower. I think it's hardly a confession though. Most men do. Some just lie about it :P

Hello Oul_Leoric, welcome to the forums, and thank you for your submission! There is indeed a serious lack of cupboards upstairs. I have adjusted the quest guide to reflect this; you have been credited of course :)

It's not been confirmed yet, but this topic has been listed in the quest submission index so there's no need to bump it :)

Buyers and Cellars
Thank you for your submission :) Apparently, pickpocketing the dummy but not doing a good enough job still gives XP, so I figure Jagex intended you to level on the dummy if your skill level wasn't high enough. If something similar occurs in any other quest, such a skill level is listed as a requirement (even if you can start or even partially complete the quest without said skill level), so I don't get why this isn't done here. I'll go ahead and list it as a requirement, the change should be visible shortly.

What needs to be "Tweaked" in RS?
Yeah, I admit I didn't really think that one through. Was mostly thinking of wanting to assist friends but not being able to because of the assist limit, but removing it would probably increase the amount of people bothering higher level players to assist them with X or Y because it 'doesn't cost them anything'...

Using the Crown as a letter 'M'
I think it's a pretty lame way of using the crown, to be honest, but it doesn't really annoy me. And in rare cases it can be funny :) I'm definitely in favour of this. But like another user said, this would open up new possibilities for scams. Given how protective Jagex is of their playerbase I just can't see it happening.
