10m for 94 mage...
I dont know where you got those numbers but with Onyx enchant at MTA I was maxing at 69k exp/hour which is about the same as alching. I am pretty sure there is no other way to do it more efficiently than how I was either. Unless some new method has been discovered 69k exp/hour is what you are looking at. Possibly 72k I may have gotten my numbers mixed up. If you do go the MTA training way, try to mainly get enchant points but for breaks do the other games and buy mage books to resell for some of the cost of runes. Since you will be mainly enchanting for the exp you will still take a slight loss, but as you said you are willing to spend 10m. Also, though more expensive than other methods, stunning the thing in your house can result in 80k exp/hour. I forget what exactly the "thing" is but I remember hearing from someone in the CC that he could get 80k exp/hour stunning.

91-99 Attack
Why controlled? Its slow. Its the same speed as training all 3 separately. Maybe even a little faster as the whip is more efficient to train with than the D scimmy. Resulting in gaining 99 att, def AND str with controlled before you could of done it separately. OT: Zombie monkeys are the best from what I hear. There is a guide for them, not sure if its AOW or not. But it estimates that you can get 100k exp/hour there which is by far the highest exp/hour in game. As for drops and charms.. I would go with guthans at either Fire Giants (not great exp, but good drops and most charms) or Daggs under lighthouse (okay drops, better exp and ok charms) or Ankous (crowded, not sure if they drop charms, better exp than fires and drops are decent) Personally I did fire Giants and experiments to 99 defence, but then again that was from 96 not 91. I am doing attack now however, and I plan on doing it with all slayer. : Good luck on 99 attack.

Fastest combat xp in game??
Its not so much the fact its a joke its more the fact that it is spam.. Whether you know the thread creator or not its still counts as spam as it contributes nothing to the topic... As for the fastest exp/hour in game (combat).. I don't know 100% but I'll give you some numbers of things I do know.. Experiments: whip + rune def + neitz helm + rune boots + barrow gloves + obby cape.. Calc the str bonus I'm not at home ATM.. That str bonus at 85 attack and 80 str with combat pots nets 60-65k exp/hour depending on the amount of attention you are paying and the amount of ppl that bother you.. Max populated world too.

Is smoking bad, or is it really good?
I have tried smoking the traps and not smoking the traps and I can't really remember whether the speed of capturing in the smoked traps was worth the effort. Personally I don't believe it was because I haven't smoked a trap since 70 hunter and I am 80 now.

Are lizards any good for range/mage training?
Considering Knives are pretty much the epitome of training even in the high 90's... all the way up to 99 actually, you should definatly just stick with those. Once you hit 85, should you have about 40m to burn you could chin your way to 99. Anything lower than 85 however, is a complete waste of money. But heck I am getting ahead of myself, 85 is a faaar way from 10. #-o

Waterfiends a possibility for me?
I thought I read somewhere 85+ all melees was the min for waterfiends. You might want to look into that because that extra 14 levels (since you have 81 att and 80 str/def) can be the difference in wasting food and p pots. Also, I find the SS to be the best weapon there. Maybe its just me but I find myself killing waterfiends faster than people there with maxed melee stats and Z spears. Also, if you would like to test out a SS at waterfiends I would gladly lend you mine as I rarely use it anyway, no charge of course :P . (I want 99 att I am done with Str training) Just shoot me a PM on RS. I will leave my chat to public until tuesday night. If you don't catch me I apologize I will have to switch my private back to friends only. Then again you can just shoot me a PM on the forums and I can get that to you

Time to Hit 99 Woodcutting?
In all honesty Barb Assault Willows are my favorite. I cannot stand dropping 28 items out of my invent and I wouldn't bother buying trading sticks to get in and out of Karamja Teaks.. If I were you I would just go with the willows as dropping 28 items can get very tiresome.

max range xp an hour
I thought I heard somewhere 50k was the max per hour so if that holds true then you are looking at 9 hours. The best way though would be to go out there for a half hour, keep track of your exp start and end and then double the exp you get.

Slayer Advice...
Personally I am a defence and attack kind of guy. I just recently got 85 str and the only reason I did that was because of waterfiend tasks where I HAVE to use a crush attack style and since I use a SS I get str exp. Training on controlled with the whip, is your best bet. It keeps your stats even, and you won't have to really worry to much about oh should I get this att lvl or that str lvl.

Damn i cant train range
I love fire giants myself. I spent from 70-88 range there. I met so many new people there and a bunch of good friends. W99 fire giants may get crowded from time to time but its nice to see familiar faces and run into the occasional Tip.Iter. You kill them under the waterfall, after completing the waterfall quest up to the point where you enter the water fall. And like Italian said, just use your best range bonus (which will be your best d hide) Snakeskin boots, archer helm (or god coif if you can afford/wear it) Accumulator (you gotta get that quest done!) You can wear Vambs or your best RfD gloves and a glory ammy for range bonus. If you have a zammy book (completed, from horror from the deep quest) then most definitely that is a must in your shield slot. If you do not have that or a guthix book then there is really no need for anything in your shield slot. As for a weapon its up to you, you can either wield a number of things. Bronze knives are not bad. If you use a rune cbow then broad bolts are the way to go. Also, you can use a bone bow + bolts. Or you can use a mage short bow + bronze or iron arrows. If I were you I'd go with the bronze knives or Mage short with bronze arrows. About 5k (arrows or knives) should last a good deal of time then buy another 5k when those run out.

Cool skill outfit
I always suggest Elegant. I think elegant + skill capes make the best skilling outfits in the game. Here was my skilling outfit for some time:

rune defender question
I do rune sets but that's irrelevant. It took me 2k+ to get my rune def then another 200-400 to get another one after I died with the first. I currently only have one with no intentions of going back #-o

Along with the times.. MTK's best investment?
Okay well here is the deal, I have money sitting in my bank and after advising someone on what they COULD spend their money on I realized that I should invest some of my money in MTK to further my fortune. Now I have done both quests so I have the full potential of MTK. My question is, as many of you could have guessed, what are the best things to invest in for MTK for pure profit? Also, if you use MTK, when do you go back there to renew favor, or collect your items, just some general knowledge about that would be nice as well. Also, how do you go about getting there in a fast and efficient manner?

too much money..
Very long winded, hope I was helpful in any case if not most.

How many addy bolts needed to kill 2.8k blue drags @70range?
You gotta let the offer sit in over night.. and 20k Bolts might be a bit overkill. Personally I buy 5k at a time and when I have 1k left I put up another offer for 5k more bolts. I never need 5k for any specific task so it works out fine and I don't end up spending money on extra bolts that I wouldn't otherwise be able to use in a few months.

If you were me
This is probably your best information given in this thread so far. The best thing to do in F2P (non members) for people who plan on getting members again in the future is to train skills that would get you the same exp whether you are a member or not. Things like mining, cooking, woodcutting and firemaking. Since once in members you can train the other things hundreds of times faster than you could of on F2P. So if I were you I would probably just cut willows and burn them at Draynor or buy maples (don't know if you can use them on F2P but I believe you can) and burn them. Efficiency is key.

Safespotting?
It is simply the distance between you and your opponent and the actual range that a weapon is capable of shooting. If your opponent is further than the range the weapon allows, you run until you are within that range. Try switching to longrange for your first shot and when the NPC gets closer then switch back to Rapid.

Long does it take to get Full Range Void please?
I would say Void is the most versatile of the range armors. You can use it practically anywhere, high or low def monsters, and still get a decent result. It should take you 8-9 hours MAX. With a good clan. You can get 112 tickets per hour if the boats go fast and no losses. It took me 7 hours to do because I already had some points prior to starting the process of obtaining void. It's worth it, don't listen to the nay-sayers. Also, who doesn't plan on ranging after they get 99? 99 range is possibly one of the most useful, single, 99's to have especially combat wise.

Mith Dragons and Ancient Pages
Well I have killed probably about 60 or 70 and gotten 2-4 ancient pages. I have lost my drop logs so I am unsure, but that is the range of which I have. Hope that gives you at least a slight idea.

Magic Trees Gp/Hr
Yews are slow at 90.. it but they are fast enough to be the max profit/hour over the other logs. (If I am not mistaken) You will probably be looking at 2 to 2 and a half loads of magics an hour. Maybe less I never cut them continuously until 93 WC.

What shield to use?
