Karamja has the Tzharr bank also. I would have to say Trollweiss mountain. Cant get to the mage arena bank in f2p. I don't think you can get to 55 wildy in f2p either... Naw, if i die at dag kings, and have a friend at the gate, i can teleport to my house, run to the layer, get through the gate and all with energy pots fairly fast. Enough to get to rock lobsters by the time my non retrievables. Drakens castle is not only far from a teleport (closes is canfis) but its also an elaborate maze that still takes time.
