Farest Possible Point From a Bank?

What's the farest possible place from a bank you can get? I'd say deep in slayer dungeon and maybe DT pyrimid. What do you think? :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, I mainly meant as if you died somewhere, then had to get back in time to grab your items.
