Don't have one yet, but my first will be smithing. My second will be magic. I doubt I'll bother maxing out any stats other than those two, though there's a decent chance I'll end up maxing range if I decide to train slayer to 85 or 90, since I range my slayer assignments as often as possible. There's a slight chance I'll train runecrafting to 99. Other than those, I can't see getting another 99.
