most people use tipit as their toolbox for calcs\planners and the databases. :P

Yes, but still advertising is against the rules. I don't think what he said was anything against that rule. If he was saying: "GO TO TIP.IT! GREAT CALCULATORS AND GREAT COMMUNITY!", then that would be advertising.

Yeah, tip.it is the only fansite whose name you can say in rs, so i dont think that they mind. Also, you refered to the comunity, not the site, but meh, i don't think he was justified no, just a bit of a twerp lol.

How was he to know you were "advertising" unless he knew about Tip.It?

ino that jagex noes about tipit as i belive in the early days (b4 mi time) when dragon slayer came out andrew personly asked tipit to make there quest guides more vauge as they were makeing what was suposed to be very dificult to easy - in a response to this i belive that tipit added the button to hide most of the quest guide insted of takeing out important details (correct me if am wrong - dont flame me :ohnoes:)

I got a mark for saying "I got vids on utube as well" on one of my account yesterday and the appeal was unsuccessful, I have been a member on runescape for 3 years and this is the first time I have said this but they are *** holes.

thats totally irrevelent -_- unless you are trying to say that jagex banned website advertising just so jagex wouldn't know about any site...? which makes no sense in more ways than you can imagine.

 

 

 

Either way, jagex has the worst customer support on the planet, you might be in trouble.
