August 20, 200718 yr I imagine that all possible 99s as a level three would be way more difficult, since slayer is so tough to get without combat skills. If you weren't counting it, however, all ftp 99s would be more difficult.

August 20, 200718 yr I'd say all 99s in f2p, not because i am f2p but because members got closer banks like compare shilo village with barb village and the more large slection of things to train so it doesn't get very boring.

Which is why I think all f2p 99's would be more difficult, think about it, it costs about 330mil just for 99 pray =/ EDIT - Signature far exceeds our sig limits but since it's so colourful you can keep it.

August 20, 200718 yr The All 99's for Members (Skiller) as everyone else said, due to Slayer. The thing is, a skiller cannot use magic, prayer, defense, attack, or strength for it will level them. So there is almost no way to do Slayer except with thousands of Rings of Recoil. August 20, 200718 yr its hard for a lvl 3 to get 99 slayer and other members stats, but it takes a long time for rc and prayer in f2p. I think it's harder for the lvl 3.

August 20, 200718 yr they both are, as everyone said, impressive, slayer or no, but i would have to go with all 99 for f2p, simply because f2p is so limited compared to p2p. Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so.
