Which is why I think all f2p 99's would be more difficult, think about it, it costs about 330mil just for 99 pray =/ EDIT - Signature far exceeds our sig limits but since it's so colourful you can keep it. The thing is, a skiller cannot use magic, prayer, defense, attack, or strength for it will level them. So there is almost no way to do Slayer except with thousands of Rings of Recoil. P2P has more skills to train but the F2P ones have more ways to go about raising them. Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so. I'd say the f2p, because of the few ridiculously hard skills they have, such as prayer and rc. Only 1 f2p ever with 99 prayer...shows you how hard it is.
