I was just wondering , does any one even use that branch of magic ?

But it is very useful for the people who have it. Especially for Slayer.

I use them for skilling.

I used it for 3 or 4 months it got boring.

It's for people who have money to spend/waste. In general purposes, most just stick with the modern/regular spellbook.

You can't deny the fact that the animations is something worth the Runes :D

 

 

 

In any case, it's too much of a support spell set that people don't use most of the time I believe.

i dont use much, its useful but the teles are bad

It's useful for slayer. NPC contact is great for fast task changes, and along with Spellbook Swap, you can use normal spellbook to teleport or high alch. Also there's a tele to Catherby and Fishing Guild. Vengeance is extremely useful for duels or pking etc. Humidify for power mining granite in the desert or for fast filling of vials. Super glassmake for molten glass making, etc etc.

Mostly for superglass-make, didn't use anything else. It needs more teleport to be more useful.

Its good for skills, like glass make, plank make is kinda useful, and its good for farming also, i use it fairly often

or used for ppl to make money bye selling veng and specials and for pkers other then that nothing is really good about it imo 8-)

I use Lunar whenever I do any serious Slayer training. I love getting my tasks in Edge bank and Spellbook swap owns for doing Clues.

alot of high level players use it monetly, because they can do every spell in every book then, and also get slayer tasks on the move.

Probably Contact NPC,Humidify,and super glass make are the only used spells besides vengance and swap spell book of course. It's mostly something to spend money for fun on

Fertile soil is very useful too. I never make supercompost so I just use that spell. Teleport spells also go to most of the patches. And there is also Swap spellbook, which I can use with Magic essence potion.

i use lunar quite often i only switch to normal cause i miss the teles :mrgreen:

I'd use them if they had teleports covering most of Runescape and at least the high alchemy spell. Those are the only modern spells I use in my book.

I'm on it quite often, for slayer mostly. Some of the tele's aren't horrible, but I really rely on teletabs/house portals to get around :P. Saves quite a bit of time and walking around with NPC Contact :D.

I did the quest, and if you have a high mage, its pretty useful for skilling. But, if you did what I did and only raised your mage to 65 for the quest, its pretty useless

Lunar Magiks are difficult to obtain because of the requirements for the quest, and they are deffensive, practically useless in combat unless you are part of a pk team.
