Rings can be inbued through Mobilising armies minigame. Inbue means they either 1) Get doubled stats 2) They get stats that they did not have. Berserker ring is newest reward (update) that you can inbue: +4 str bonus and crush def. Inbued: +8 strength bonus and crush def.
