im not sure where to put this thread but :

 

 

 

while doing a clue, i got the wildy volcano/crater map,

 

inside the casket i dug up was exactly the same clue!

 

 

 

 

 

this ever happened to anyone?

Never happened to me; I'd be kind of happy if it did though lol. Most of my clues are rubbish (well actually all of them thusfar have been rubbish...) so that's just 10 less minutes of my time wasted.

ive had it >3< times in a row once and loads its not that rare

Happened a few times, I first reported it the day the latest batch of clues came out, and was asked by mod ash in the forums to report it as they where trying to work out how to fix the bug (so needed more cases)

 

 

 

Obviously they did not manage..... but no biggy

 

 

 

It's worst when you dig up the new one... teleport away so you don't die and THEN find out it was the same clue..... thats just annoying!

Heh, wish that happened to me, but it never did. be cool tho, go to one spot and dig like 4 times and get a clue reward very quickly :o

I was doing a level 1, go wave in steel stuff and some other armour, by the plank place.. i do it, same again, and again, and then i complete clue :D. I got black beret, bob top and a black dagger i think :D

Never happened to me (not really a clue hunter) But I would imagine it makes your clue quicker/ easier. :thumbsup:

Lol guess it was hard to find out what the clue meant the second time.

 

Never happened to me, tough I once had the 'crate near Varrock where the cat quest plays clue' 3 times in one scroll :P, it was like the following diagram: A-B-A-C-A :wink:

Yeah for those saying it's rare, it's not. You're just the people who obviously alch any clues which are averagely hard. I had coordinates once where I got 3 clues in the same coordinates after each other. Shortened the length of the clue immensely lol
