I guess tip.it can proudly say though that we won the truely last war in the wilderness. Atleast we got screenshots and videos to reminds us of it. mario_sunny Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 I was thinking about this too; unless we get everyone to come with a 50 combat range it would be extremely hard to carry out the MSSW's. Even with the clan wars, the opts are so massive all of us could not possibly fit in the arena in one clan chat. I do hope they change this. I really look foward to the MSSW's every year. :( By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. I still believe there is only a max of 100 people on each clan which is not even close enough to the turn out of people that come. Or it could just be organized into a tournament based event by the websites in which everyone goes out and competes in a winner moves on to the next round clan wars thing. Currently will be using my Oni Tsurugi account to attempt to get 99 on all free skills without spending any gp, just for the sake of doing so. The only possible place to have this, is in the fightpits on p2p, because that is the only place left where low levels can attack high levels, and where there is no number cap on who enters... The tournament style was nocely thought out, but tipit would need to be sorted in 7 or 8 clans cuz theres a 100-people cap, so its completely impractical to do, and impossible to check for cheating... baron8000 Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 Another thing lost :( The few solutions there are still won't make it the same, the great thing about the MSSWs was the rush of running through the wild, never knowing when the enemy would loom out of the distance and clash with you. Using the new features would make it too clinical, over organised and dull, it just wouldn't be the same. Use old features like fight pits and well...cheating was bad enough when it was limited to f2p - p2p cheating with no loss would be ancients, whips and god knows what else. If the organisers can find a way to make it work then I'll be ecstatic - if not then let it be known your work was brilliant and truly appreciated by all.
