No. It was originally meant to be a testament to someone's dedication to runescape and making a shop for them won't make it any better. Also, the people who spent a lot of money for those rares will be fuming and Jagex would have to deal with them. Cowards can't block Warriors. Poor Zezima lol. Anyway, I still think They'll keep rs2 how it is, but just let it rot, or maybe move to a WoW sort of thing, with different expansions you can buy. cj_hassdeers Posted September 3, 2007 Share Posted September 3, 2007 if rs is around in 10 or 20 years which it could still be b/c rs is a business and they have options they can just expand like other games do like sony or microsoft get better graphics update gameply stuff that they have been doing just doing it bigger but no i dont think they should put a shop for phats and masks i think they should actually make more items that will increase in price as time goes on it works exactly like real world items like an old corvette or mustang would ya u can buy it for 30,000 and in 30 years who knows that car could be worth only 10,000 or it could rocket up over 100,000 dollars this game should be built around real world financing so the kids that play the game will have an idea what its like so when they get out there they will notice things like that im not saying they will learn where to put there money from rs no thats crazy but they will know about inflation and things like that so ya i say rs put some more rares into the market.... also i only have a robin hood set which i bought for 4.6m awhile back and it wasnt for the profit i wear it all the time i think it looks awesome might never sell it i like it way too much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I really want a red mask cuz i want full zammy later and they look cool together) however, most people that buy them only do so so they can sell it for more later. it always feels good to buy something for 20k and sell it for 50k but its getting rediculous. i'm assuming that runescape wont just suddently stop, i think it will keep going on forever. In 5, 10 or even 20 years, the price for phats will be like 300mil and masks 200mil. lots of people starting rs will be like, "wow that's a cool mask, how much do they cost" and the person will be like, "200mil, but i bought it when they were only 900k and i dont feel like selling it" people starting rs in the future will never have a chance at these and to me that seems unfair. post what u think here and if u agree with me, send it as a suggestion to runescape and maybe they will set up some shop that sells them for like 20mil for phats and 3mil for masks so ppl that own them now wont be upset. they should also make a black mask, that would be awesome. what do u ppl think? r u crazy? It happens in reality as well. It is part of any economy. Thirdly, I though raising 20 million would be hard, but I worked hard, and I did it, and now have a santa hat :) EDIT: The guy before me - of course people would be upset! He is not stupid! Many, many people bought phats at the prices they are today. They would be furious; all their hard work would have been for nothing, or only a tiny fraction of what it used to be!
