April 20, 201016 yr Unless you can pull off something big, and she's the kind of girl that would enjoy it (Some might just find it embarrassing rather than flattering), just ask her. If she wants to go to prom with you, you won't need to be extravagant or creative, she'll say yes. There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new, better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience.
April 20, 201016 yr Alright, guess i'll be doing that, im just unsure because i hear a lot of guys trying to come up with these crazy plans. No need for crazy plans, just ask her and don't make a big deal out of it. You could even do it "by the way", sort of. All the dizzle dazzle around it is pointless and effort put to wrong use.
April 20, 201016 yr Me: Hey, I was just wondering what colour your dress is for prom, ya know, so we can match. Oh wait, I forgot step 1, do you want to go to prom with me?Girl: Heck yes! Perfection! now do that. It really isn't that hard, especially since you know the girl and have a history with her [even some recent hooking up]. There's no way in hell you'd get turned down, so a simple "hey...want to be my prom date?" would suffice. but you're friend's idea is much classier. Go with his phrasing. April 20, 201016 yr Besides, if you know she's going to say yes anyway, there's no need to try so hard. Roses are red,Violets are blue. This line doesn't rhyme,And neither does this one.
April 20, 201016 yr Besides, if you know she's going to say yes anyway, there's no need to try so hard. Exactly.

April 21, 201016 yr Alright. Time for some serious man advice. We know mystery's kiss close: Say: "Do you want to kiss me?" She'll say: A.) "Yes"B.) "Maybe", or she'll hesitateC.) "No You'll respond (respectively): A.) Kiss her.B.) Say "Let's find out" and kiss her.C.) Say "Oh, it looked like something you had on your mind". Uh, I've been pretty lame. So, what are you kiss closes?
April 21, 201016 yr I don't really "close." I've just applied all that pickup stuff to life in general. That's a good way to go about doing it, but I don't place much value on kisses any more. I get really close with people really easy, so I'm not freaked out about a kiss. Although lately I've been asking girls I barely know if they'd like a kiss, real serious and stuff, and a lot of the time they start stuttering and get really confused. Until I pull a hershey's kiss out of my pocket. Oh god it's funny. Love it. Stupid, immature and kind of mean, but whatever. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
April 21, 201016 yr Mystery is lame.Lent however, is the man. [yes I'm going to steal that kiss bit] Today I "broke up" with my "ex". Or however the proper phrasing of that sentence would be. it was interesting. We had "relations" on a bus, then she said that she's barring me from sexual contact, in return she won't have sexual contact with anyone else. Tough decision. i know you guys are gonna say "who cares what she does", but i care. I care a lot. So I went with it. So...now she's not my "ex" anymore. She's my ex. no quotations. I'm sure we'll still hook up, but it won't be sexual anymore. Which sucks. But, I guess its better than hre running off with her new guy. Although, there's always the chance she'll so it anyway. I guess it's time to find a new chick. First I need a job, seeing as how she drained me of every penny to my name :/. I'm upset, sure. But I feel like if I found a new girl, it'd turn out alright. I hope. Prom's gonna be interesting, i [cabbage] you not. and that's whats been going on in my life. Quote Quote Anyone who likes tacos is incapable of logic. April 21, 201016 yr gftogas per us (pronounced youj (soft J)) I've been bored with the girls at my school lately. I'm ready for summer - I'm bored with people in general sometimes. But I'll get better. OH! That reminds me. Next year, my school's dance team is gonna be interesting. They're generally considered the hottest group of girls at my school (not something to be particularly proud of, although there are a few shining examples, but my school is considered the most attractive school in town in general ... still not something to be proud of). Most of them are seniors, and thus graduating, and the incoming group is going to be ... interesting. The old girls that are staying are mostly good looking, and almost all of them are crazy [bleep]ty, whereas the ones coming in range from one that's smokin' and [bleep]ty, to one that's like a 7 and a complete straight-laced Christian prude girl. I do believe next year will be fun. Would have been more fun if I'd run for student council. They made their speeches Monday, and they were absolutely atrocious. It's really not that hard to appeal to a bunch of teenagers. Be attractive, probably white, and wealthy - or at least give off the same vibe. The white kids are the only ones that voted, anyways. And make a lasting impression. If they remember you as the guy that stuttered, or as the one everyone called a douche when you walked up, you're not gonna do good. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

April 21, 201016 yr So, [cabbage] just went down with the girl I was going to ask to prom. She starts talking to me over msn and tells me that on Saturday night a good friend of ours asked her to prom. She says he said it was just as friends (btw, he was drunk, not sure if she was) and she said yes. She doesnt want to go with him, and asked me for advice on what to do (knowing I was going to ask her to prom). So, I said "i say you talk to him [about the situation] because (suprise, suprise) i was planning on asking you" She then responds "you were going to ask me...? shocker ;)). For the rest of the convo, we try to hatch a plan so that she can confront the guy and end the plans with him so I can ask her. Plan 1 (Her plan) She tells him that I wrote prom all over her driveway last night and that she couldnt say no (I guess she would say that she wanted to go with me all along and she hopes he understands) Plan 2 (My plan) - Tell the guy I wrote prom all over her driveway Saturday night (when he asked her)- She didnt see it til the morning because it was dark- She didnt say anything to any of her friends because she wasnt sure how to handle the situation- She decided that she really would rather go with me as a date than him as a friend because of our past? The thing is, shes a terrrible liar, so we arent sure if she can pulloff the lie. Any help? I really think if she doesnt do plan 2, she should just go up to him say I asked her to go as a date (rather than friends),and she would rather do that than go with him as friends. April 21, 201016 yr Confront him man to man. [bleep] him and make sure you date gets some tough skin too. Said yes even if she didn't want to go? WTF's wrong with people nowadays? "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
April 21, 201016 yr Yeah, she reallllly didnt have an answer as to why she said yes when I asked her why she did. New plan is she confronts him and tells him whats up truthfully. I think its better that she confronts him because she really got herself into the mess, and if I did I dont think it would go over as well. April 21, 201016 yr Other guy will just have to gtf over it. She wants to go with you more, It's her choice not his. @Rpg, I think dropping step 1 should be your first start, especially with the [cabbage] she's been causing you. Somehow I highly doubt she'll stick to not screwing around with other guys. (just the obvious view to me) Popoto.~<3
April 21, 201016 yr *e-slaps rpg for even thinking about continuing relations with his ex* C.) Say "Oh, it I didn't say you could, you just looked like something you had is on your mind". Uh, I've been pretty lame. So, what are you kiss closes? Stick with mystery's. It's basic and it works great, why reinvent the wheel? Yeah, she reallllly didnt have an answer as to why she said yes when I asked her why she did. New plan is she confronts him and tells him whats up truthfully. I think its better that she confronts him because she really got herself into the mess, and if I did I dont think it would go over as well. It's really the only option, no point in inventing a story.. She should just tell him she doesn't want to go with him.
April 21, 201016 yr Why can't she just say to him that she doesn't want to go to the prom with that other guy? I don't see a problem at all. You're not 10 anymore, are you? Game. What game? Play with yourself!

First of all, congratulations...even if it could have been done better (and earlier...), but good for you. Secondly, it's a shame you didn't use the advice I gave you about telling here you're over... you'd win the whole cake, both turn her on, and get a chance with other girls, then the choice is all yours...Third, if you need advice on starting affective conversations with stranger-women, consult me ;).

April 21, 201016 yr 1. hook up with ex for a week or soRpg, do you really want me to come over there and punch you? GET THE [bleep] OVER HER ALREADY! She [bleep]ing cheated you over a [cabbage] load of times, and you just wanna hang out with her just a week MORE!? Seriously dude, [bleep]ing end it, and get yourself a nice movie if you want! (You know what type of movie I mean). END IT NOW! Oh, and I have a bad long term memory (fortunately, not with names). but what does "gftog" stand for? Sorry if I sound like and idiot, but you really need a way out of this "fairy tale" you think you're living in.
April 21, 201016 yr I'm going with my girlfriend to a movie on friday night. Should I lean in to kiss her or let her make the first move? No. You lock that **** down. All her bases belong to you.Well, the thing is she's incredibly shy. She might be uncomfortable with that is what I guess I was thinking. If she's shy, that's even more of a reason not to wait for her to make the first move...
