Your favorite game of all time?

Featured Replies

Shoot. This is hard, but I'm going to have to say X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter. I played that game SO much when I was younger and still do occasionally (as in last week).

Homeworld, Perfect Dark, Sim City 3000, and Command and Conquer Tiberian Dawn are defiantly up there though. Oh and Mercenaries and Burnout 3 Takedown.

Favorite game is GTA: San Andreas, but my booty call is Unreal Tournament. It's also probably my second favorite.

Favorite console game: Kingdom hearts (PS2), played leike 80 hours zhe first week?

Favorite portable game: Metal gear AC!D (PSP), a little odd but yet fun and challenging, made me spend +100 hours on it, The second one was also quite fun, very frustrating at times on extreme.

Final Fantasy 6

Best Character development I have ever seen in any game. Not to mention the storyline is amazingly epic, and filled drama, action, and comedy.

Oh dude i so agree with you, people hail Final Fantasy 7 as the best final fantasy but compared to the legacy games and 6 especially, its garbage in my oppinion.6 is my favourite final fantasy and the ending is the most epic for that era.It a truly incredible masterpiece and underated by many who played 7 onwards, which is the vast majority because Squenix's distribution sucked, it took sony to sort it out.

Chrono trigger was the best. Good storyline, good battle system, and good character development IMO.

Kingdom Hearts 2.

Fable.

Woah, wait. Fable? As in Fable for the X-Box?

Im playing it right now, just found the Archealogist in Witch Wood.

Im good, spared Twin Blade :twss:

My favorite game was FF10, it was just so in-depth, loved everything about it.

Next in line would be Halo: Combat Evolved.

Total Annihilation.

I still play it sometimes a year despite it being from 97. So damn great!

The original Sonic the Hedgehog for genisis followed closely by the first Metroid Prime.

Red Alert 2

I remember playing that [cabbage] until my computer would overheat

GTA 1 and it's London expansion and Return to castle Wolfenstein. Most epic games ever!

;>

I can't really say I have a favorite. Can't remember playing any single game tons and tons. My top games though, um... I like Fable, Burnout:Takedown, GTA IV, Mercenaries, The Sims, Star Wars: Battlefront, and to some extent Bioshock. I'm just a little scared to start playing it again. :(

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I would have to say MGS4. <3: that ending.

Other than that, Burnout: Takedown. Absolutely mental game. Loved it from the first few seconds. Great fun with a steering wheel.

Mercenafries. Had amazing fun blowing things up, and the factions system, and mafia shop really worked. The game that really introduced me to just messing about on a game, seeing what you could come up with.

Monster Hunter. Good single player game, best online play of any game I've ever played. Working together to kill the huge monsters was great fun, also, a close community really helped the feel of it. It really brought me and my friends (playing online together) together, especially as at least 2 of them lived too far away to meet up with often. Best online experience I've ever had.

So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth,

These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf,

Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in,

Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything,

Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel,

Tear up the book and write your own damn rules,

Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got,

And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut,

And realise that the other world that you're always looking for,

Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door,

And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas,

After all, you were put on the earth to do this,

So shine your light so bright that all can see,

Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be.

Zelda, The Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask (I like Majora's Mask a lot for some reason).

[insert birds flying in a circle here]

Yes, that sig was annoying.

nothing beats the zelda franchise. beaten every single game except phantom hourglass and the zeldas for the SNES.

I'd have to say pong.

If you choose your beliefs/lifestyle simply based on what your parents want, then you are a weak minded individual and are not even worthy of calling yourself a person.

BioShock. So unique mixture of RPG/FPS connected to an awesome story, millions of ways to play it through (this is the RPG part ) and the awesome voice acting are the things that keep me addicted to this game more than to any other game. <3: ADD: How did I forget it? The awesome Good Ending! <3: I haven't seen another game with such heartwarming ending, it makes me even cry sometimes :,D
