Today on my way to work I discovered a Technopark, where a bunch of high-end technology companies (pharma and telecom) group together and promote scientific advancement. The campus is incredibly beautiful, and that's from what I saw from the side of the road. A quick google search later, it turns out it's the most powerful technology-related place in Canada - and it's right in my backyard. Since I want a job related to what a lot of these companies research, this discovery was pretty important.

 

 

 

The bad part is, my best friend drives past there every day and never once mentioned it to me, a guy who's heavily interested in genetics and pharmaceuticals. :wall:

Nope, but I've got this so I should be absolutely fine.

I really wish I could sleep. I need to get up at 7 tomorrow, and that only leaves 5 and a half hours for sleep assuming i fell asleep right now.

and hot damn, I'm gone for a day and two people become friggin mods. it was quite a surprise. This is going to take some getting used to, and now I'm scared.

 

Today I got woken up at 9 this morning by my girlfriend running into my room and hopping onto my bed, it was a rather lovely suprise. We walked around for 7-8 hours today, which was nice, Probably the most exercise I've had in weeks. Which is rather pathetic to be honest. I should start going for midnight bikerides.

I just came home from the Demolition Derby. My clothes still smell like smoke. It was disgusting, we had atleast 4 people smoking around us. We had to sit through it for atleast 2 hours. The demolition derby was pretty cool though. We saw a car get flipped upside down, a couple of small car fires, and two drivers get in a fight. All in all a pretty exciting demolition derby. :thumbsup:

Today, I realized I put two sticks of RAM in my computer, which aren't compatible with each other. On one hand, I've been running with half the RAM I thought I was having, and on the other, the slower stick of RAM was being used, so now my computer should be at least slightly faster (PC4200 vs PC6400).
