I had forgotten to keep it back in the cupboard and thus overnight [and the night being a cold one] the jam had condensed and "clumped" together. In my desperation to save the jam, the next morning I tried spreading on bread. Alas ! It could not be done. I then proceeded to use my teeth to scrape off the jam. Oh what a taste sensation ! Gooey and gummy, and sweet and runny. The most satisfying sweet feeling in terms of texture. How to describe it. Like a semi-liquid gummy bear without the gelatin and the acidity.
